I am currently in a minivan that is packed with 9 people nothing luxury about this company as they described themselves online . I also booked this reservation believing it was a shuttle van as all of their vehicle pictures online show instead Im in a mini van with strangers damn near sitting on my lap and they were over an hour late to pick me up I am never traveling with them again and plan on disputing all charges. Booked the service from surfside to Orlando. The price was under $50 which is not bad because it's door to door. What I didn't know I'm riding w 10 people and driver need to pick them all up and drop them off also and causing a huge delay. The estimated arrival time suppose to be 3:30pm and our stop still hasn't come around 6:00pm so we changed plan to have the driver dropped us off at closer area so we could get off at 6:45PM. We uber the rest of our trip which saves us time. We got on the bus at 10am and didn't expect 8.5 hrs trip. I would have rent a car for less and get there much faster since it's 3.5 hrs drive only. read more

If I could give a negative star to this business, I  would. Booked this shuttle to get from Orlando to Miami online several months ago.  Had confirmation email in hand. Got up at 3 a.m. to meet shuttle at hotel lobby. Waited and waited and waited.  No shuttle, no call, no email. No answer at company.  Mailbox was full so couldn't leave message. This reservation was prepaid, but ended up having to rent a car and drive ourselves to Miami. Still can't get through to business office. Avoid this company at all costs. read more

I booked a trip from Orlando to Fort Lauderdale for 1/14/16 at 5 PM to be dropped of in Fort Lauderdale at around 10 PM, using their website at https://www.shuttlesofflorida.com/selections/selected2.php. I had to prepay $34.99 and did notice that it was non-refundable. The only option for Fort Lauderdale drop off was called Fort Lauderdale Bus Station and I gladly selected it as it is very close to where I needed to be in Fort Lauderdale. However, it turned out that they actually drop people off at a fast food place called Danny's in Hollywood, FL which is another 50 minute ride to the said bus station. Getting to Fort Lauderdale from that place would have cost me another $50! When I realized this the day before the trip date, I called their customer service and was yelled at that their website clearly states the drop off address. I tried to understand how Danny's in Hollywood is called the Fort Lauderdale Bus Station and could not. The customer service rep. was rude, unaccommodating and refused to issue a refund. I told them to cancel the trip as I will need to rent a car and take myself to Fort Lauderdale. Prior to my realizing the rip-off, they called me at 2 PM the day before the trip on 1/13 and tried to convince me to go on my trip at 5 am instead of 5 pm saying something about a mandatory car inspection. I explained to them that I do not plan on going anywhere at 5 am and will need to go at 5 pm as previously booked. When I received my confirmation at 7 PM on 1/13 via email I noticed the Hollywood, FL address which has nothing to do with the Bus Station in Fort Lauderdale! A female customer service rep. called me the next day at 4 PM stating they are coming to get me! I reminded them that I cancelled this trip the evening prior and some barely speaking English latino guy took the phone from the female and started yelling at me that their website is all clear and there is no rip off. I asked him to leave me alone and never call me again. When booking on their website, the first screen does not state anything about the Danny's in Hollywood, and only on the 2nd screen do they state the address but most folks, including myself, would not notice that as they are certain they are going to the Fort Lauderdale bus station! I am certain I am not the only one getting into their trap and cannot even imagine the state of the people when they find themselves dropped of at Danny's in Hollywood instead of the bus station in Fort Lauderdale at 10 PM! So bad. So painful. So rude on the phone. We arrived to the port, got off the boat early - since the driver said he was in the area -- then had to go thru 50 texts and 10-20 calls to find the dispatcher and driver. No one showed. We were promised a pick up from the port for 6 of us (kids and grandparents). They then tried to get us to take a taxi to the mall, and said they would pay for it. NEVER TAKE this service. They promised me a refund, and its not been 10 days. read more
