He went and jumped through hoops to get us an equivalent party bus with an affiliate vendor/company. He was available to us 24/7 and never stopped advocating for us. Our party bus experience was wonderful and we owe it all to Jaye who went above and beyond. This speaks volumes as there was literally nothing in it for him monetarily because we used another companies party bus. He shuttled us to the top of the trail and gave us a ton of helpful guidance and insider tips that made our day safer, smoother, and way more fun. The bikes we rented were high quality and super comfortable--full suspension made a big difference on the trails. Helmets were included too, which was a nice plus. If you're looking for a mountain biking adventure in the area, this is the place to go. The gear is solid, and the service is even better.
