After that, they took great care with loading and towing the car. THANKS! My 86 year old father owned the vehicle that they towed. He came to the tow yard to get his items out of his vehicles. He has curvature of the spine and has difficulty walking. The staff volunteered to hook his car up to the tow truck and bring it to the front entrance so that my dad did not have to walk out to the tow yard. Seriously? This was amazing! While I was broken down last week in a parking lot (my ignition cylinder broke), I called to ask if someone could come out to help me hot wire my car as I did not have the tools in the parking lot to do it myself. While I was on the phone, the man doubted my diagnosis and tried saying it could've been from a chipped key. He further stated that in order for him to come out and "diagnose" my car and to help me start it to move to a different location, he was going to charge me $125. I didn't see the purpose in having someone come out to the parking lot to tell me a diagnosis that I already knew, and I didn't need it moved anywhere as I was in a parking lot and not on the side of the road. The man on the phone was not friendly, and he acted like I didn't know what I was talking about (I am a woman living in a man's world apparently!)
