Missing bag I finally splurged on a Le Tanneur I've been…read morewanting forever. When I got the bag I noticed there was a black splotch on the handle. Le Tanneur CS asked me to try and erase it. I did, sent a video, and they told me that I should return the bag for a refund at which time I could order a replacement. Within the week I dropped the package off at a DHL pickup location, just in time for them to go on strike. With no confirmation of drop-off, Le Tanneur has let me know that I am not only out the bag, but I am out the money as there's nothing they can do. The drop-off location as told me there's no confirmation they can give. DHL has said that the tracking information can't be found. I guess I'm just out 800CAD? Very upset. I would have settled for a discount but was told to return the full bag, and now I'm out the bag and my money.

More than a year after the debacle of attempting to get my dryer repaired by them, I am still very…read moreupset about this. I did not choose them as they were contracted by Whirlpool. In addition to multiple rounds of no shows, showing up OUTSIDE of the schedule time, and falsely claiming the issue was fixed, one of the repair people actually broke my washing machine while attempting to repair my dryer, and neglecting to tell me what happened. Calls to the "manager" did not help and they refused to be responsible for that. It took months of escalating to Whirlpool and hours and hours of phone calls and emails, before this was all resolved. What a nightmare and I would give -100 stars if I could.

Euro DHL was able to ship my package 6701 km in 2 days, amazing right, well hold up. Now come's Canada DHL, it has still not arrived 5 days later ( It was date to arrive on Tuesday the 28th Nov), yet its only about 25 Km from my home. All I get is email after email saying the same crap: "The facility has provided an update me that the shipment has been staged for delviery the next possible business day. I have requested updated scans be done as well as estimated delviery details be provided. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. I will provide an update to you on the next business day no later than 14:00 EST" This is the third time I got this crap. Which is just a lie to keep people some what hopeful. I want to say never again will I deal with them, but in europe there a major & really good company, so now we just need Canada DHL to learn how to run the EURO way.
