What hurt on me was my upper back and I believe that Nikki really helped relieve that pain! I recommend this to anyone that wants a relaxing day at the end of a long week

Man oh man, where do I even begin? One word comes to mind: OUTSTANDING…read more From the moment I walked in, the experience was exceptional. Sorra at the front desk was warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. She took the time to explain the services they offer and even asked if it was my first Thai massage, which I appreciated because it showed she genuinely cared about understanding my expectations and comfort level. But the real star of the show was Nikki. Without a doubt, Nikki is the best massage therapist I have ever had--across both the United States and the Philippines. And that's saying a lot. I came in carrying the consequences of two consecutive workout days, tension headaches from work, and what felt like months' worth of stress stored in my muscles. Nikki immediately knew exactly what needed attention. She found every sore spot with incredible precision and consistently checked in to make sure the pressure was right. What impressed me most was that she didn't just provide a massage--she educated me throughout the session. She explained the importance of stretching, muscle recovery, circulation, and how tension affects the body. Her knowledge and professionalism were evident in everything she did. Every movement felt intentional, calculated, and therapeutic. She worked diligently from head to toe, and when I requested extra attention to my neck and head toward the end, she delivered exactly what I needed. She could immediately tell how tight and overworked my muscles were. Even the way she incorporated back-walking techniques felt incredibly controlled, safe, and effective. By the end of the session, I genuinely felt like a brand-new person. The heaviness I walked in with was gone. My pain and discomfort improved dramatically, and I felt lighter, looser, and more relaxed than I had in weeks. And can we talk about the balm she used? Absolutely magical. It had that soothing hot-cool sensation similar to Bengay, but far more refined and relaxing. Not overly hot, not overly cold--just perfect. Beyond her technical skill, Nikki was simply wonderful to talk to. She thoroughly explained what she was doing, shared stories about her life and her children, and made the entire experience feel personal and comfortable. She is relatable, genuine, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to connect with. There are good massages, there are great massages, and then there are the rare experiences that remind you what true expertise feels like. Nikki delivered that experience. If you're considering booking here, do yourself a favor and request Nikki. Your body will thank you. One final touch that made the experience even more special was the tea they served after the massage. Thank you, Sorra! I had to request for an extra cup. I honestly don't know exactly what kind it was, but it was absolutely delicious. I was told it was imported from Thailand, and it was the perfect way to end the session. Warm, soothing, and incredibly flavorful--it complemented the entire experience beautifully. It may seem like a small detail, but it's those thoughtful touches that make a place memorable!

I had a 90-minute full body massage with hot stones and lavender essential oil, and Nancy did an amazing job focusing on all the tension points throughout my body. I walked in feeling extremely tense and stressed, and left feeling deeply relaxed and relieved. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and peaceful, and the hot stones combined with the lavender oil made the experience even more soothing. You can truly tell they care about helping you feel better and not just rushing through the appointment. I know I'll probably feel a little sore tomorrow from how much tension was released, but honestly it was worth every minute. My body feels lighter, calmer, and refreshed. Highly recommend asking for Nancy if you're looking for someone who really pays attention to your body's needs. Such a wonderful self-care experience and perfect Mother's Day treat.

Great massage, but completely ruined by hostile customer service…read more I had a pre-scheduled, one-hour massage today that my husband had booked and pre-paid for me as a gift. The massage itself was actually great, but the customer service upon leaving completely ruined the experience. As I was walking to my car, A staff member called me back into the lobby to tell me I forgot to tip. Because my husband told me everything was taken care of, I only brought my keys and did not have my wallet on me. I calmly explained the situation to the owner and offered to type my card details into their system manually to pay the tip.Instead of accepting my solution, the owner became hostile and aggressive. Despite a clear language barrier, she condescendingly told me in broken English, "Really, $65 for a one-hour massage and you're not gonna tip?"I explained that this was a simple lack of communication between her and my husband, and that tip expectations should have been made clear to him during booking. I was actively trying to pay her, but her tone and the way she spoke to me made me feel attacked and uncomfortable. We are all imperfect, but treating a paying customer this way leaves a terrible taste in my mouth, after the blow out I was informed they take Zelle, I paid the tip and I will never return. The massage was good, but due to the unprofessional and disrespectful management no thank you.

My sister and I got the combination for one hour, 30 mins deep tissue and 30 mins foot massage. At first the deep tissue was hurting but I could feel all the knots in my back loosening up. Its been almost a year since my last massage and I just moved so I knew my back was knotted pretty bad. When the 30 mins for the deep tissue on my back was done, I felt so refreshed and all the pain in my back was gone. Then Lindon, went and got the hot stones, put a towel on my back and then left the stones on me. Let me just say its one of the best feelings in the world. She moved on to my thighs, calves and feet. I have flat feet which cause me to always get knots in my calves. At first the pain was pretty bad but I held out. Now I'm not gonna lie, after the massage I still felt pain but when Lindon used the hot stones on my calves wow. All the pain was gone. I honestly feel like a new me. I got my massage at 2:20pm. I usually wait a few hours before posting to make sure I don't have any pain after leaving and safe to say my body still feels relaxed and refreshed. I will be back!

They did turn the heating pad off on my request. - I didn't opt for deep tissue but it felt like one and the 90 minutes felt long because it felt repetitive. Overall I think the person who I had was really new. I'll give it another try with someone else. It was a great value though.
