She's always thorough and doesn't hesitate to spend extra minutes if it ensures that all of my questions are answered. I'm very proactive with getting check ups and she'll go the extra step to check the timing between visits and exams so that insurance doesnt mess me over with billing. Overall I would rate her an A+ and I plan to stick with her for many years to come.

The doctor listed and ensured all tests were under preventive care. Later, once i received the billing, i realized that Mr Grande had listed the tests that did not have coverage. Moreover, it was not a preventive test. I wrote more than five emails to him requesting for a clarification as to why the tests were ordered during preventive checkups. It's now Aug 2024, more than 2 months have passed, and so far, the doctor has not replied, nor has he called me to provide clarification. This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional, and this experience has been so disappointing. The billing is secondary, but a basic courtesy to reply to my msgs or to call me did not happen so far. The patient relationship officer told me that Mr. Grande is busy seeing his patients, but they forgot even I am his patient. i lost hope that he would ever reply to me. Neither his staff is friendly. After waiting 3 months, I receive a call the day of my appointment canceling it. I questioned the fact that I've waited months so why is my appointment being canceled the day of. They offered me a February appointment. I expressed that I shouldn't have to wait 1-1/2 months to get rescheduled. She said after speaking with Dr. Robinson, he said he wasn't taking me as a new patient. I told her this was not professional and I felt discriminated against and treated disrespectful. The place itself is a bit difficult to find…read morebecause it's inside of a larger building with lots of other doctor offices, it's the first door the left and the second window down next to a dentist office. The receptionist was super nice, I was able to get an appointment that very day and once I came in everyone was so nice. They quickly got me inside and the nurse was very nice and attentive to all my symptoms. The doctor is quite the funny guy he cracks jokes as soon as he walks in, which is awesome but also I feel like it stops him from listening to me and taking me seriously but at the same time was funny enough to make me feel comfortable. He sent me away with some antibiotics and some lab work. I didn't get my lab results back until about a week later (even tho I remember him saying I would get them 2 days later) and when I called nobody got back to me I had to call again and speak to the receptionist directly. Overall I would recommend this office the receptionist/nurse is great the doctors pretty good. No real complaints but also nothing crazy.
