Here's in Naples is the worse most corrupt disingenuous dishonest deceiving car rental any where in…read morethe world (I travel quite a bit), they over charge for everything, awful corrupt people at counter , I had a reservation on line soon after got there the price went up over €400, (notice not dollars ) after confronting the counter person at counter (name Enzo) he after talking to a colleague agreed he was wrong. Then he wended on and uncharged me 150 euros for a slightly bigger car , afterwards he asked for car insurance they wanted to charge me 500more euros, took the car went back three days later dropped it off after I was charged 374 euros went next door to Avis got the same car with insurance for 600 euros less, do yourself a Favor stay away, btw wrote main office an email still waiting for a reply, awful!!!

Be very careful if you book your car rental through Travelocity. We booked through Travelocity and…read morethe price for a Hertz rental car picked up in Naples, Italy for 2 weeks was 371.12. The insurance was an extra $154.00. We get to Naples and go into Hertz and was told that the car & its insurance was $1,747.77. Yep, you're reading it right. We weren't the only ones this happened to. Other people in line were outraged as well. Hertz told us that all the other car rentals were about the same price. What could we do but pay them. My next review will be blasting Travelocity. Same thing happened when we rented a car (through Travelocity) in New York and was charged an extra $300 at the car rental counter.

I have never been to a car rental that gives your car away if you have a delay. I don't recommend this rental company. I'm very pissed off. Even with a 3 month prior reservation, after delays that were not our fault this inexperienced company let someone else take our car. If you are going to book a rental car go with any other rental company except B-Rental. I am very pissed off yet again. Further more in order for us to get another car, we need to get in contact with the customer service. Let me tell you, shittiest customer service I have ever seen in my life. We have places to be and they are treating us like nothing. No answer from there service and no help. Never using this company ever again.

On 11 July 2022 I was scheduled to rent a car from your Naples Airport location while in Italy for…read moremy honeymoon. I had booked the car through Expedia, verified there would be no issues with my US Driver's License and pre-paid for the rental. When I arrived, your location was very busy, did not appear to have many vehicles and would not rent to me due to my US Drivers License. The requirement you conveyed to Expedia, which I read prior to my rental said an International Drivers license would be required if my drivers license did not use roman alphabet. My US Driver's License does us roman alphabet but you would still not rent to me. I was on with Expedia's help team for over 90 minutes trying to resolve the issue but your desk agents would not rent to me. I spoke to representatives at several other car rental brands and they did not require a international drivers license from someone with a US license. I went back to your agents twice and no one would help me. I believe the real reason you would not rent to me is that either you did not have the class vehicle that I reserved or that the location was choosing to rent to higher rate customers instead of me with a low internet rate. After more than 2 hours, during my honeymoon, I finally found another car rental company that charged more than 3 times the original reservation rate. I had no choice by to book that or add on 8 hours to arrive to my destination and rely on busses the rent of my trip. A few days later, I found another car that was more reasonably priced so I had to drive from Ravello back to Naples to exchange the vehicles. That round trip took almost 3 hours, plus extra gas, tolls, and time away from our plans. Picking up the final car from Sixt, still cost me more than what my original reservation with you. I believed that you owe me the difference in the cost of the rentals, plus 10 Euro for fuel, tolls on the Auto Strada X2, and my lost time during my honeymoon which was supposed to be a nice and relaxing trip. Your rental company ruined my short honeymoon on the Amalfi Coast!   I've followed up with you multiple times via email with no response so I'm going to leave you the worst reviews that I can on all the travel sites that I can think of. Important information International rentals may have different driver license requirements. An international driving license is required if the drivers' license is non-roman alphabet. Original Reservation  -  B-Rent  $321.54 Emergency Rental     -  Alamo    $356.33 Replacement          -  Sixt     $305.29 Total                            $661.62 Cost Difference                  $340.08

Italy Trip - Day 2 - 4/8/26…read more When we arrived we walked directly off the plane and down a staircase when getting off the plane (just like the Lovable Lads of Liverpool) and directly into a crammed bus. Probably unnecessary, but i'm already thinking about pickpockets (which in my defense i'm always watching out for that, especially in big cities and on or near public transit - but now even more so). They drive us about 200 yards (would've been faster to walk than wait so long, but maybe that's a safety hazard, which is something they don't seem to care about here much otherwise, which is kind of refreshing in a weird way). We were then herded into the airport, while i watched a guy who was far behind us, skip past me and another 50 people or so. Another ten people that were behind me also broke in front of me. He must've had a hankering for pizza. -------------------------------------- Outside there was a line for citizens and a line for "all passports" or "tutti i" passports ("tutti" being "all" in italian? just don't call me "tutti frutti" okay?). Once we get inside the lines disappear, so it seemed kind of pointless to have us enter in lines outside and then come inside into just one big line again. That's not how we do in America. There then seems to be three lines - one for locals, and one for U.S. and or English speaking, and another for i don't what for - maybe for people that hate the "grind". There should have just been two groups: the people who's toilets flush and the water goes clockwise, and the other for peoples who's water flushes and goes counter clockwise (it's a joke, i know it's a myth, but they should do it anyway). When we walked up they asked if we were from the U.K. and although there's a lot of ugly / ugly toothed people from there i kind of took it as a compliment that we didn't scream "American" to them. Maybe i am a little cultured? After that we stop at a bathroom and i accidentally go into the family bathroom painted like a child's bathroom with airplane landing strip and one little room with two toilets.

Naples, Italy. The most 'freeform airport' I've experienced. I got to use NAP 2x, inbound…read morefrom IST, and outbound. The first visit was 12/1/24 during rush hour and it's very busy. Most flights are boarded outdoors as NAP is smaller relative to the number of flights serviced daily. The second was my return flight home via IST. Both times however I was able to use the small tech room to charge my electronics via 8 wall outlets. There are many charge stations throughout the waiting area and they service USB-A connections, much slower. When boarding begins each airline has its own protocols so be aware. Also gate announcements are made 30 min prior to departure times so you want to be super alert. Leave enough time cushion for unforeseen events like overcrowding in boarding areas, a bus to the plane and gate changes. Some users think NAP is chaotic; it can be. The positive to the experiences at NAP is food and clothes and sundries shopping: there are top notch stores, panettone even a Venchi outpost. The panini, sfogliatelle (2.3€) and pastries I've tested at NAP are top notch and for 5-7€ a piece, it's a bargain. Even cheaper is coffee, an espresso is 1.5€. Boarding is by zone and love that they board planes from the back seats to front: sensible and convenient. All in all a good average airport with superior food and shopping. End of Yelp.
