We also asked for a ranch and marinara which never came until we asked three times. This was mediocre food with bad service. The management should review their service and ensure customers are communicated with throughout their experience. They then tried to charge us for the ranch we didn't receive until we were leaving. To be perfectly fair though, not many places in sarnia has online ordering, which is an old trend and I hope businesses will come into the now (and say get online ordering through yelp!)
