Gorgeous store and offerings. Perfect place to pick up a gift for a friend. Premium wrap options available. Vast array of the cutest stationary, accessories, home goods, clothing etc! Spruced up my home with a new candle holder (on sale! Wooo!) dish, and throw. Very happy with the selection and quality of the items. No returns accepted but exchanges allowed within 7 days. Free street parking.

This cute little shop is a delight! I feel the best way for me to describe the atmosphere here is that it feels calm and comforting as soon as you walk in the door. I love the variety of gift options for all ages, cards/stationery, art, home goods, and more. The displays are thoughtfully set up and there's breathing room to walk around and take everything in. I know this is weirdly specific but honestly some shops can feel very stuffed and a tad claustrophobic is all haha~ The shop is also easy to find and I was able to find parking with no issue. Although I don't live super close by, I already can't wait for my next chance to visit!

Nothing comes close to Sidebloom for miles and miles! Since they opened, this shop has been my go-to for all kinds of gifts for every occasion. The selection of gifts is so thoughtfully curated and there's always something new. Clean beauty products, hair accessories, beautiful stationery, journals, cards, cookbooks, the yummiest smelling candles, kids' gifts, I could go on and on! Shop owner Pat and manager Megan are both so lovely, are both exceptionally talented artists and have great taste! They do all the hard work sourcing the products, so all you have to do is walk in and admire what they've put out. I love stopping in and chatting with them. Definitely check out Sidebloom and give them a follow @sidebloomshop. It's been so wonderful to have them here in our community; please support this local family-owned business!

He kept modeling all the ways he could wear it with the strap lol. This gift brought me so much joy! Thank you side bloom!

Literally the best store for gifts! Easiest website to use as well. Getting older it's been so hard to find good gifts for people when they can buy anything they want for themselves. This store has so many cute things! I was finally the "cool" aunt buying a chic dinosaur lunch box for my nephews birthday. Also, tons of cool treat yourself things if you feel like buying yourself something nice! Highly recommend!

The cutest shop in LC right now!! I pop in frequently for unique gifts for Christmas or birthdays. Made my kids pick out thank you cards for their teachers, such great quality too! Picked up a bunch of gift wrapping wrapping supplies. Cute section for "in the kitchen" and "little kids". Beautifully crafted candles and home sprays, etc. It's a must stop if you need to shop for a hostess gift, birthday, etc!

It is a little gem, stuck between two other stores and the interior was decorated like an absolute fairyland of lights, glitter, and good taste. The reviewer who complained that they couldn't get a wheelchair through the tightly decorated aisle or a baby stroller needs to stop and think. The inventory here is very delicate and the chance of catching an item on a moving chair or stroller could be highly upsetting to both owner and customer. LA real estate is very expensive. Commercial spaces that are tighter may limit your ability to shop in the case of small boutiques. That's why online stores are so convenient for all of us. The disabled, elderly, immobile, and for parents of children under six who might inadvertently handle or break delicate items may need to use caution. This is not the owner's fault. This store has beautiful jewelry, but I needed Christmas hostess gifts this holiday. I walked out of there with tons of beautiful hand blown ornaments and holiday decor for the home. Every item was lovely and each presented beautifully upon lit glass shelves. I was so excited to find the items I did that I returned the next day and bought two more gifts. A gorgeous 4" ballerina ornament and a colorful hot air balloon ornament. Nothing you could find in Macy's or Ross or Neimann Marcus. Our New Year's hostess was elated when she opened her LaPerla bag stuffed with colorful tissue paper and the ornaments we brought to her party. The best surprise was the lovely gift wrapping. NO ONE DOES THAT ANYMORE. It's is generous of the owners and kind of them to share such a luxury. I'll be shopping at LaPerla again very soon and want to thank Soma and all her lovely helpers. Finally, I don't have to make a big drive to Salutations over in Pasadena. Why? I have luxury gifts right here in our neighborhood and we're supporting small businesses in our own community. Thank you, La Perla, for sustaining elegance in our small town.

Another employee noticed that we needed assistance and stepped in, which I appreciated. When it came time to complete the exchange and payment, Liana began explaining the process. As customers, we asked additional questions to better understand the store's policy. At that point, Liana became visibly frustrated, gave us an attitude, rolled her eyes, and stepped away. She then made comments to another customer in a way that made it obvious she was referring to us, assuming we would not understand or speak up. I want to be clear: treating any customer this way is unacceptable, especially an elderly customer. If an employee does not have the patience to explain policies or answer questions respectfully--without making customers feel uncomfortable or disrespected--then customer service may not be the right position for them. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but working in customer service requires patience, professionalism, and respect at all times. Answering questions and repeating explanations is part of the job. I hope management reviews this situation and addresses it appropriately with the employee involved. No customer should feel disrespected or talked about while standing at the counter. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
