I actually slipped out mid session to grab drinks from next door and they had zero issues with us bringing them in, which was such a nice touch. And when we ended up finishing right at closing time, the team handled it with total grace and never made us feel rushed. The glaze color wall alone is worth the visit. There are so many options that it's almost overwhelming in the best way. Whether you're artistic or a complete beginner like me, you'll leave with something you're genuinely proud of. They charge a studio fee of $12 and then you pay for whatever the price amount of the ceramic you'd like to paint. My mug was about $24. I had my service pup Frida w/ me and they were super chill about it. The hack to this spot is to come on a weekday when it's dead for those who have that choice! She was thoughtful and showed up early so we could use the kitchen and bar area to set up our appetizers and drinks. She set up the art stations while we drank and ate. Later she lead the class while also taking candid photos of our group. She took her time explaining the process and checking in to make sure we were all following along. Aja was fun and entertaining. She took various groups shots always paying great attention to detail. This was a wonderful experience and I would absolutely book again. We were the only party at the time, she laid out all the art to choose from. The space was clean and large enough to accommodate my 10 group and plenty of space to walk around. There were couches and kitchen area with a small refrigerator. Overall the space was a 10. Experience a 10. And instruction a 10.

Once we saw her in person, we instantly remembered her. The space where she hosted was spacious, clean and large enough to accommodate a larger crowd if needed. We were a group of four. They allow any amount of color paint to you need and offer a glossy or glitter sealant for your painted ceramic. Allow at least an hour of paint time for smaller pieces and more than that if your artists are more detailed oriented or indecisive. We easily spent 1.5 hrs painting once we selected our ceramic, which took at least 25 minutes itself. I would like to come back with my husband for a date night.

We scrambled for a last-minute change of plans, and it turned out to be absolutely perfect. They were incredibly accommodating: we hosted the birthday party right in the studio, decorated the space, brought our own food and non-alcoholic drinks, and set up a special designated area for the birthday girl and her friends. Laura and Bob were beyond patient and so helpful with the kids, guiding them every step of the way to make sure everything came out just right. The selection of pottery pieces is huge (overwhelming in the best way) and they even surprised us with a complimentary plate featuring all her friends' little fingerprints. What a thoughtful touch! It was such a fun, creative day, and everyone stayed nice and dry. Highly recommend for families, especially when plans go sideways.
