During the consultation she advised but most importantly she listened. She made me feel comfortable and didn't rush me through my explanation at all. We booked my appointment for one week from my consultation. She touched base with me three times through out the week to update me on the design. On the day of my appointment we discussed some minor adjustments and her work began. While I sat back to watch her create I was treated so well that it became clear I wasn't getting tattooed I was getting a tattoo experience. I was offered drinks and food through out. Did I want to watch tv, a movie, listen to music? The customer service was far superior to any I have ever had at a tattoo shop. My search if finally over. The owner of the shop used to tattoo me, once when I went in he misspelled a single English word. I put my full trust in knowing an adult man with a tattoo shop would know how to spell properly. The "cover up" he did to fix it, its ugly and terrible he damaged my skin and now I have scarred tissue. I'm in the process of getting it removed via laser but I should have sued this shop for physical damage to my skin and emotional damage. I never got a refund for his mistake, he ruined my skin just to fill his pockets.. This is not the first time they have misspelled tattoos, and a lot of the work by the owner Mike is just a mediocre job, he should be ashamed of calling himself an artist when he's far from one. I decided I'd get something small so I could make sure I liked his work. Put down my deposit and come back in a couple weeks. They all seem very busy and seem to book out about a month or 2 in advance. I thought that was a good sign. The shop is very clean and even Taylor cleaned up his station several times. Someone who gets sick often I really appreciate that. Wore gloves at all times and If he removed them he washed his hands often . I was there for about 2-3 hours. Prices are fair. Their apprentice Zaira has started creating some wonderful work and I've had the pleasure of being able to get 2 pieces done by her and I'm in absolute awe! She does amazing too!! Kaylie's partner Savannah is also an incredible artist, I havnt had the joys of being inked by her yet, but she did do my tongue piercing. I give Savannah major props as that was my 3rd time getting a basic tongue piercing, she did absolutely amazing and it was done correctly in every single way and it healed perfectly! These ladies have worked so hard to make their shop as convenient and accessible to anyone and everyone! I'm a single mom and have had to bring my kiddos to an appointment and they are amazing. Savannah actually didn't have a client and sat and colored with my daughter. I've never felt any judgment or disrespect, all I have ever felt from the artists has been nothing but love and support! I went back in to get it redone and the artist made up new lines so I have faded lines under the newer ones, it does not look good. Sections of the redone lines are now fading. I spent $400 on tattoos that are fading for the second time. Some lines are not straight and look bad. I'm going to have to get them all redone by another artist. I sent multiple friends to this artist before the tattoos faded and every single one of theirs has faded or is completely gone now. They were a little rude and couldn't hold a single conversation the entire 5+ hours of being tattooed. Save yourself the time and money and go to a different artist.
