I Set up an appointment With J recently I was super excited to get a tattoo of my daughters name with a flower but a day before my appointment i realized i double booked plans for that same day and time! So I dropped into the shop and they called him to see if he could get me in a different time and to my surprise he asked when would be best for me so i ask for an early morning appointment at 10 and he said DONE!!!! He came in earlier than normal to cater to me, a complete stranger to him. If thats not the best customer service than i dont know what is! He sat with me and made my vision of my tattoo come to life! He had to tattoo practically above my boob i was a little nervous but he made me feel so comfortable. Its always nerve racking going to a new shop for a tattoo with an artist you never been too but he exceeded my expectations. I cant wait to get more work done from him and to also send my friends his way because i know they will be in good hands! My son wanted a tattoo for his 17th Birthday Day so he found this shop online, my friend said she got her tattoo here & also had Kat as the artist, I always get a little nervous about tattoo artist, but Kat got great word of mouth so that lessened my nerves, Kat explained everything so well & made my son relaxed & excited. Kat had a conversation the whole time with my son & made both of us feel very comfortable. Kat even gave us a ride home because no Uber was available at 9:30 at night. I was searching for a place that could take walking this last Saturday and they were the first place I called that could. I drove over and they instantly started helping me. Everyone was super nice and invested in their work. J was the one who sat me down and let me scroll through the different fonts of texts so that I could pick my favorite. This was my first tattoo, so he also explained every step they take to prep the tattoo, give you the tattoo and how to take care of it. He was amazing and I am so very happy with how it turned out. This is for sure a 5 star shop. Everything is clean and to the upmost of standards. They have aftercare to purchase and even simple instructions to take care of your new ink. The artwork is all custom and one of a kind and the artist themselves are just a great bunch of people. They care about their clients and their needs. At the end of the day, they care about their clients' loving their tattoo for many years to come. I had a tattoo that I wanted covered up. I was completely nervous, because I didn't want someone who just said they could do it-I wanted it completely covered. Taylor was amazing! He listened to my idea, created it on paper, and then went to work. My cover up is beautiful, and flawless. Unless I tell someone, no one knows there was ever something there before. My boyfriend and I went in on Friday the 13th for their flash sale. The sign in process was super easy, we were in and out within an hour/hour and a half. I got a tattoo from Kat, she was super chill. I was anxious about getting my first tattoo, but she checked in often, she was very relatable and funny. Came into kold ink yesterday to get an estimate on the tattoo I wanted. Was quoted a great price. J was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Went in the next day and got it done. Keep in mind this is my first tattoo, but he was able to walk me through it and tell me exactly what to expect. The tattoo came out beautiful and excellent line work.
