TL;DR Big costs a lot for trouble and headaches for years to come…read more You can see the story line from my previous reviews. The latest update being I tried to make some changes to my small business taxes and the IRS responded by telling me that my business was not registered properly (it was missing the correct form to register as an S corp (Eric's recommendation in the first place). Additionally, the IRS forms require a wet signature which Eric never requested from me, so even the forms that were filled out (1120S) were not valid. "...the IRS confirmed that neither 2020 or 2021 are reflected as 1120s, this means ... the IRS has no filings for the LLC." It was already expensive when I paid Eric to file it initially, now I have to pay a new professional to fix it. Lots of money spent and major anxiety and panic that I would have loved to avoid. I could have saved myself thousands if I had done additional research and gotten a personal recommendation. I would never recommend Eric to anyone.
