Instead of a CSA where you get whatever they give you, she sends an email out with what they have and you can pick and choose and let them know when you want to pick up your items (they have set hours all week). The box the produce comes packed in is an amazing storage container which really helps keep the produce fresh without wrapping in plastic. I am an avid juicer and have really enjoyed juicing vegetables I would have not tried on my own. The cooking recipes are most helpful and have added great nutritional variety to my diet as well. The produce comes neatly packed and pre-rinsed. I always look forward to seeing what I have in my box each Saturday, always such a treat! Check them out; you won't be disappointed!!! I didn't realize how labor intensive their work was until I volunteered at their Winter Park Farmers Market. This is definitely a labor of love for them, they love feeding their local community.
