I am so, soooo happy with my hair! Kim really listened to what I was looking for to get it just right. She even got me in last minute on a weekend when I really needed it. Look at all the pictures posted by others and you'll see that she's great at cuts and styles, and she's truly an expert at color. She's really an artist! She worked with my old grown out highlights and plain mousy brown and turned it into something I am completely thrilled with. It's rich and interesting and modern and so well blended. I've never really LOVED my hair before, but I do now! Kim is the absolute perfect combination of a totally professional but also someone who you don't feel uncomfortable cursing in front of. She's just exactly the type of person you'd want as a stylist! She's fun and easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable but she's also serious about making your hair look great and giving you what you want. I started going to Kim a few months ago. My previous time she did my hair she sugggest doing bleach directly on my scalp. I had an extreme allergic causing my head to swell. I informed her and never was reached out to see how I was doing. I tried to use her last night and tried a different color. I asked for a more honey blonde and she turned my hair gray. Almost black. She told me to try a new hair and that she would refund me for my toner and tip. She shorted me money and did not respond after. Please be cautious using her. If I could go higher than 5 stars, I would! Kim is the absolute best hairdresser; she's got an amazing eye for color and I leave her salon each time feeling like my hair has never looked better. She's patient, but also a perfectionist. If you bring a photo of what you want for inspiration, she'll make suggestions so it looks great on you specifically rather than matching the color or cut exactly because it's what you asked for. I came in for a cut and an Auburn bayalge and it turned out even better than I imagined! I read all the wonderful reviews and went to this salon on a friends recommendation. Perhaps this is for a younger clientele. I brought in pics to show her the classic bob I normally wear. My cut was nothing like it. I was so disappointed when I got home I called back and cancelled my follow-on appt. What is very surprising to me is that I left a message cancelling the appt and saying I was unhappy with the result. I'd have expected a call back and at least an offer to try and make it better as a normal part of customer service. I got nothing. read more
