I also had a real fear of anything involving my eyes, worrying about the risk to my vision. But as my night driving became more difficult, it felt like now or never--and I'm so glad I gave myself this gift. Now, my vision is almost perfect, and night driving is clear and comfortable again. Recently switched to this practice bc my ophthalmologist in king of Prussia Dr wilanowski retired. Office was busy day of my appt. I felt extremely rushed during the entire appointment. Just another example of providers increasing clientele and there's limited quality patient care. I couldn't even ordered Rx eyeglasses the same day bc the salesperson wasn't there. Was not impressed with glasses selections. I didn't see any decent brands or styles. Very disappointed for a large eye care group. I gave an extra star bc I thought the female doctor was extremely nice. Front desk wasn't too welcoming though. read more

Based on his credentials and most reviews, I felt safe going to Dr Siepser for a painful eyelid infection, and he had plenty of appointments available quickly, which should have been a clue. I don't mind waiting 45 minutes to be seen by a good clinician, but Dr Siepser lacked communication skills and was quite pompous. I felt assaulted by his bedside manner and he had no regard for inflicting pain without warning. I have to say I would never return to or recommend this practice, and will be seeing another doctor who can help me. Maybe he's good for laser surgery?? But please find another doctor if you have any medical condition of the eyes. read more

SPOILER ALERT : Told me I had glaucoma when a second opinion and tests confirmed I do NOT have glaucoma. *** I have a lifelong complex history in terms of my vision. While I appreciated how thorough the tests were, I spent almost 3 hours there for an initial consultation that felt more like a sales pitch than a medical consultation. They were ready to book me for procedures that I had yet to commit to or make a decision on - I felt pressured and uncomfortable. Most importantly and seriously, they misdiagnosed me as having glaucoma. Feeling skeptical and worried, I got a second opinion elsewhere and it was confirmed to me that I do NOT have glaucoma. Assessed at only a 4% chance of it in the next 10 years. Please keep this review in mind as you might be advised to undergo procedures that are unnecessary. read more

In December 2021, I was suddenly diagnosed with glaucoma in both eyes. By January, Dr Siepser was operating on me and saved my vision. I am very happy with Dr Siepser and his staffs immediate and continued care. Monitoring my eye pressure is now a daily task, and not something that I can rely on at my next visit. Dr Siepser encouraged me to buy a home device (tonometer) to test my eye pressure. Although this is an expensive tool that Medicare does not cover, this gives me peace of mind measuring my eye pressures multiple times a day, with the ability to send the results to Dr Siepser. I highly recommend Dr Siepser and staff, plus purchasing a tonometer for glaucoma pressure monitoring. Jeff W. read more

I am sure my review will go from a 4 to a 5, once I have the actual procedure. I have been to Dr. Siepser for several consults and will be opting for surgery in 2025. The word is (from most medical professionals) that Dr, Siepser is the best. If you are one of these people that need your personality coddled and pampered, then maybe you are better off having a baby-sitter instead of a great doctor perform your surgery. read more

Dr. Siepser performed my laser eye surgery in August 2013. I researched and met so many doctors in the area, and I could tell pretty quickly he was the best eye surgeon in the area. He didn't give me the warm&fuzzies, but I knew he was the most capable of safely cutting into my eyeballs. I didn't need a best friend, I needed 20/20 vision and to not be blind. I wanted the most talented eye surgeon in the area, that is all. Fast forward to now, 8 years later, I still have 20/20 vision, my only issue is severe dry eyes from a previous condition. I have to use restasis daily. I moved out of the area 7 years ago, and recently reached out to Dr. Siepser's team for a favor. They had not heard from me in 8 years, and Meg jumped in to help me and solved a problem in 24 hours that my current doctor in New York told me was not possible. Glad to see this team is still so amazing and was willing to help me after so many years:) Also, for anyone looking to get LASIK... do your research! Coupons and Groupons...it's your eyes!! I went to Dr. Siepser in 2019 for corrective laser surgery. He did the surgery, and all seemed fine. My vision improved, and I was satisfied with my experience. But then I went for what I thought would be a routine follow up, and was told by another physician at the practice that I was at extreme risk for glaucoma and sudden blindness. This had never been mentioned before after previous eye exams by Dr. Siepser or his staff. I went back for further tests, to be told I urgently needed to have my eyeballs pierced by lasers at his practice to prevent glaucoma pressure buildup or I might suffer blindness. I had been going to other eye doctors for checkups for years and had never heard anything like this about my eyes before. When I started asking questions while face to face with Dr. Siepser, he quickly took a condescending and arrogant tone with me. Soon after I went to a different ophthalmologist for a second opinion where I was told that while I had a risk factor for glaucoma, I did not have glaucoma, and there was no reason to have surgery if I didn't have glaucoma. Fast forward to now, and I have had several annual eye exams since that time that still show no signs of glaucoma. Dr Siepser needs to improve upon his bedside manner. I found him to be rude and condescending. I spent a lot of money at his facility on lasik eye surgery, and the vision in one of my eyes is compromised. He gave me a different reason as to why the vision in my eye had deterioorated since the surgery every time I went in for a check up with no plan to fix it. I have zero confidence in what he has told me, and I'm left extremely dissatisfied with the service I received and the vision I'm left with. Find another doctor!!!!!! read more

Dr. Siepser and his staff were extremely helpful during my whole process of getting LASIK eye surgery. I had gone to one of those "Big Box" LASKI centers and they could not answer any of my questions in regards to the process of getting out of Ortho K lenses and into LASIK. Dr. Siepser on the other hand personally answered all my questions and assured me he had dealt with this type of issue many times successfully. I am so happy that I chose him to do my surgery and now I am glasses/contacts free for the first time in over 30 years!!! read more

My experience was phenomenal. The staff is very thorough and welcoming! Nick was very accommodating answering any questions I may have prior to my procedure! I was able to get my procedure done in a timely matter too! The entire office is so hygienic and clean. I hear a lot of commercials for the other places that try to do LASIK, but visiting them and then Siepser when deciding where to go, I was much more comfortable at Siepser. Now over a month after my surgery, I know I made a great choice. The attention and service you get throughout the process, as well as a comfortable setting with supporting staff, makes Siepser the only place to go for eye care. I highly recommend. read more

This guy has a definite Napoleon Complex. He was so rude to my 20 year old son. Alex had been diagnosed with Keratoconus in the army and apparently this doctor has no respect for our military and told us his diagnosis was wrong (even questioned his medical degree) and the army didn't care about him anyway ("just wanted his body"). So he sends us to another doctor to do cross-linking. Funny thing is, we had already seen the doctor he referred us to who had confirmed the army's diagnosis. Didn't even have the respect to say goodbye to us or shake my son's hand. Totally belittling and arrogant. read more

Dr. Siepser is the best in this field. Dr. Siepser did my lasik surgery 16 years ago and to this day can still see clearly. AND, I was diagnosed with cataracts in both eyes at the age of 52. So of course I went back to Dr. Siepser to do those procedures, again 2 years later not a single issue can see as clearly as the day I received the 1st procedure. When it comes to your eyes, never go with the best price, go with the best doctor. As I stated in the beginning of this review Dr. Siepser is the BEST. read more

This Guy is the worst . He needs a good lesson in mannerism . If you need cataract surgery he is not the one for you. They try to sell you the highest package which cost 10g. I met a guy after the fact I had my one eye operated on for cataract .Not yo mention he almost operated on the wrong eye . Thank Goodness for twilight Anaesthesia. They get really disappointed when you chose a package that I lie insurance will cover . Huge mistake . Now I'm looking for another Doc to take care of my other eye . Very disappointed . read more

met Dr. Siepser approximately 18 years ago when I had Lasik on both eyes and went from practically legally blind (20-500) to excellent vision. It gave me an entirely new dimension in vision. Since then Dr. Siepser performed cataract surgery on both eyes approximately 5 years ago and again I had great vision. Over 18 years your vision changes with age and again I turned to Dr. Siepser and voila!, after Lasik in both eyes, I have vision better than ever. I had laser eye surgery about 5 years ago. I accepted the $5,000 procedure charge because I thought he was the best. And this enormous amount included follow up and adjustments as necessary. I have since visited his office for yearly exams, and was told I needed no adjustments. His very good associate has since left and been replaced with an incompetent. She rushed me out of my appointment and was gone. my subsequent yearly appointments have been cancelled at the last minute for "family emergencies." Twice in 2 weeks. She obviously cannot handle her workload. Then I get a message telling me if I don't cancel within 24 hours they would charge me $75. Am I entitled to a $75 credit for each appointment cancelled at the last minute? This is bad business practice at its worst. read more
