I inquired if they had a service for repairs and the associate told me she could take care of it for me in less than ten minutes and not to go too far. She saw that my case that held the glasses was damaged and without me asking gave me a new one. This Warby Parker is located in the Promenade in Dresher. A very nice area to shop, eat, and perhaps do some grocery shopping as they have a Sprout's nearby as well.
