I had come in for an alignment, install tires and rear brakes. I had asked for them to look at my front end, I guess they thought just for the alignment. Anyway, after a month a brought it back it because it seemed to pulling to the passenger side. After the miscommunication of what I had wanted looked at originally, and now needed wheel baring and the crank shaft replaced the owner went above and beyond to make this right and the car is running great now. Best Customer Service Experience I have had in a long time.. Came into the shop with a flat on a Thursday afternoon.. They ordered me a new tire and drove me home. The very next morning I got a call that the tire had arrived, Andon came and picked me up and took me to the shop to finalize payment.. For being off the beaten path a little bit these guys were able to take care of me with the quickness.. We were on our way to our family camping trip for the Fourth of July and we ran into an issue with our 36 foot RV. Took my car there to get it Smogged They said show up at 9:00 AM3 hours later they said I failed smog. No Explanation just here's your paper and go. They said come back next week for a diagnostic I have an appointment for 9:00 AM. At 1030 the mechanic finally showed up for work to me there until 1:00 PM. Did not finish the Diagnostic on my car I asked for my keys I paid for the diagnostic and I left with the understanding that they would forward the information to me whenever they figured out whatever they paper work was.4 days later still no diagnostic I called them they sent me apart list and a labor list for $13,000 to replace my engine. Still no! Still no explanation for why I failed Smog which was the only reason why I went there. So I followed up ask them for the paperwork explaining to me what was wrong with my car and they sent me a email file with a unreadable proprietary Document that is unreadable. So 2 weeks later and $200 later and I still have no idea what's wrong with my car except for a estimate for $13,000 to replace my Engine For a 2007 Nissan Versa. What a bunch of What a bunch of crooks and thieves. The next step is to ask the manager for my money back but I think she's just going to laugh at me since she has not done anything to try to figure out how to even help me. She never did any follow ups and she said she would. What a terrible person she is. The manager didn't even know how to use the smoking assistance program from the state of California she did not wanna do it and she was hello rude that I asked her to help me. All I needed is an alignment on my car. First day I show up to get one and they said they're understaffed due to a call in of one of their mechanic and that they're pretty booked and have no time to do it. They told me to call 9 am the next day just in case their mechanic shows up for work and they could do it then. So the next day I called them and said the mechanic is still out but they can get it done the next day with a 1pm appointment. I said great! And I ask them if I should just show up for my appointment to get it done and they said yes, just show up and we'll get it done that day. So when the time came for my appointment, I show up at the shop and talked to the front desk and told me they have to reschedule because they're booked up for the day again and that they won't have time to do it. I said no thank you. Why would they make an appointment if they can't fulfill it? That's just a really dumb system for a business. read more
