He let me know that he would be en route and be there in 1.5 hours and the tow would be $400 to get me to town. I wasn't pleased but I didn't have any other options as a couple other tow companies didn't answer their phone and I was broken down on the 5 freeway. Well almost 3 hours passed and Jorge didn't show up. I kept calling him and calling him and got no answer. I was lucky that I was able to find another roadside company that was able to come and grab me around 5am and we're very polite and brought me and my 3 dogs bottles of water too!
