I called Jeremy's store after 6pm, struggling to find a repair shop that was open around this time on a Sunday. I was coming from LA trying to get back up to Seattle! Except my tire popped and it ripped open my gas pipe so I could no longer fuel up my tank without it leaking and not getting into my gas tank. It's really nice that when you call and he doesn't pick up, it sends an automated message and from there he gets back to you and you can message him your problem first to make sure he can fix it before wasting your time getting there and him not being able to fix the problem. After taking a look at my car's issue, he lets us kno what he can do and that he needs to get the parts the next day when the dealership opens back up in the morning. Next day rolls by and I message him in the morning asking for an update. He lets me know the dealership does not have our parts but offers a solution to get me back home! He fixes the issue quickly and at a great price! Jeremy is a credible and authentic mechanic!!! Very reliable. Another mention! When he was done assessing the issue, we asked if we could leave the car with him and uber back to our hotel since we didn't have any gas left. He said yes and so we left the keys with him. Was driving from out of town and needed a brake pad replacement. Called many places and they were closed (around 5pm). Fortunately, Jeremy texted me back and said he was available. Quoted me 130 for parts and labor. I also needed a rotor change but was in a hurry so only did the pads. He did however sanded down my rotor for free. I am not really sure why he's a mechanic, but he's got a power tool so there's that. We purchased the part to be replaced and then he charged a fair price for his labor, especially since it was an older VW model and nobody wants to work on them. Stay far away from this guy, not a good mechanic in the least...to make a long story short. What was suppose to be a fast and simple fix ended up being a nightmare. This guy swapped out a part from my tire area and what ended up happening was my tire flew off on the freeway. This guy has no professionalism either, unfortunately this guy has a drug problem that prevents him from accomplishing a task properly. I had to have him come out because after he did the "repair" there was a loud noise coming out of the area in which the "repair" was made. He came out after messaging him multiple times and he was not on time either, he was really late that night claimed he fixed it, but he didn't. My whole truck was going to have to have the lift kit redone because of the damage he caused...just go to a real mechanic, I know the good ones are expensive but trust me it's not worth the money you save hiring guys like these. read more
