There are so many questions and digital signatures, I finished about 90% of the questions but just 2 signatures i hesitates of signing while attempting to complete the registration. A day before the appointment i got a call from the office. I explain about not willing to sign all the required signatures. These signatures were all concerns payments... Medicare/insurance etc. I agreed this will be just self-pay, that has nothing to do with insurance, but the lady insist that it was still necessary. I cancelled the appointment because i still won't sign whatever they throw Infront of me. They will not refund the charge that i paid to secure that appointment.
