I recently saw an AD about the stem wave treatment, i made a call to the office to inquire about it. First, to book an appointment they made you pay to secure the appointment. Not much, 45 dollars, so I paid. Then i received emails about online registration for the appointment. There are so many questions and digital signatures, I finished about 90% of the questions but just 2 signatures i hesitates of signing while attempting to complete the registration. A day before the appointment i got a call from the office. I explain about not willing to sign all the required signatures. These signatures were all concerns payments... Medicare/insurance etc. I agreed this will be just self-pay, that has nothing to do with insurance, but the lady insist that it was still necessary. I cancelled the appointment because i still won't sign whatever they throw Infront of me. They will not refund the charge that i paid to secure that appointment. Feel like they are so focus on money, not my care.

Dr. Granger and his staff are wonderful, caring people who partner with their patients to achieve their patients' health goals. I should also mention that most visits are very quick (pulled back quickly, seen quickly) unless you have something out of the norm going on which requires you to spend additional time with the doctor. I would recommend Acupuncture and Injury to anyone in need of acupuncture and/or addiction treatment.

Instead of just giving me shots in the wrong places and trying to mask the problem with drugs, she correctly diagnosed the sources of my pain. Dr. Kenlyn has a great bedside manner as well, and she puts a lot of thought into figuring out what's going on with you rather than just quickly taking the easiest route to make a decision. Her staff is also very pleasant. I highly recommend that you give her a try if your frustration level is through the roof.
