    I own several properties and Sierra Carpet is our go to carpet cleaner. Curtis is very meticulous on the job he performs, we had spots that we thought would never come out, he spent the time and Walla spots were gone, just that Room with spots, I would have paid the full price. Now we want him to do our carpets once every year.

    Curtis did an amazing job at my unit in Mammoth. He was very responsive and came out the very next day to clean the downstairs carpet. Pricing is good too. He had a very descriptive follow up with what he did.

    We were referred to Curtis by a local friend after another company kept changing dates on us then never confirmed. He returned our Saturday phone message right after a weekend and set a date and time immediately. He arrived on-time and was very friendly and pleasant. We walked him through our condo to show him some trouble spots in a few areas and he got those up without a problem. He gave us the booties to cover our feet/shoes so we could walk in the cleaned areas afterwards. His prices are within reason and we will definitely call on him again when needed. He's the sole owner/operator of a 17-year Mammoth Lakes business and we would highly recommend him to anyone.

    I took some time to really consider whether or not I wanted to write this review. Andrew, the…read moreowner, was very eager and motivated to earn my fiancé's and my business. He initially quoted us $950 for a "deep cleaning" plus carpet cleaning, then later texted and lowered the price to $750. The job was to deep clean a newly purchased home that we were moving into. The house had not been lived in for about 8 months, but it was fairly clean since it had been actively shown. It was not dirty. The entire reason for hiring a deep cleaning service was so I would not have to worry about cleaning ANYTHING before moving in. Andrew arrived with 2-3 other cleaners to clean an almost 2,000 sq ft home and finished in approximately 3-4 hours, including carpet cleaning. In hindsight, that should have been a red flag. During the walkthrough, we pointed out several things that were missed such as dead bugs inside window tracks, dust above cabinets, stair railings and banisters, and cobwebs. Andrew addressed those items on the spot without any issue. However, once we started moving in and unpacking, we quickly realized how much had actually been missed. We were told that a "deep clean" meant EVERYTHING. IT WAS INDEED NOT. The entryway was untouched and full of dust. The master bathroom window and window sills were not cleaned. The master closet shelves were filthy and clearly never wiped down. The storage drawer beneath the stove was disgusting. I used multiple Clorox wipes just to get it clean. Under the bathroom sink was sticky from the previous owner and had not been cleaned at all. None of the tubs even appeared to have been cleaned. My fiancé reached out to Andrew, and he offered to come back two days later. By that point, even more missed areas had surfaced. I ended up cleaning everything myself, which completely defeated the purpose of paying $750 for a deep clean. I couldn't delay unpacking or bathing children just to wait for another visit. My fiancé contacted Andrew again regarding the additional issues, and he issued a partial refund of $250 via Apple Pay. I chose this company because the majority of Yelp reviews were very positive. I did notice some negative reviews but assumed they were outliers. Unfortunately, our experience aligned more with those. This review is not about Andrew personally. He was polite, positive, and had a great attitude. This is about the lack of a true DEEP CLEANING. Overall, I am deeply disappointed that we chose to go with this company.

Smelt Like mildew until i called kings king's carpet. Now one year later they were sent to do my carpets and omg... my house flooded a little but was thankfully caught on time. Was not bad. My daughters room mainly minor......but when they came in to suck the water out seemed like they did the worst job ever. I came home my daughyers room was again like mildew and soaaaaaking wet, then i called the manager who also agreed, and the maintenance guy who also agreed. I mean they didnt even care to move my daughter super light twin bed to get the water under the bed. So bad... such poor nasty work. Then on MONDAY ALMOST 5 DAYS LATER HE SAID IT WAS CUZ I HAD KIDS PEEING. BUT MY KIDS ARE FULLY TRAINED AND TO TOP IT OFF MY DAUGHTER SLEEPS IN MY ROOM. NOT ONCE HAS SHE SLEPT IN HERS. BUT he took no responsibility on the fact that my daughter room was drenched and left drenchedd for 5 DAYs! N no the manager been calling him to comehe been on it. .Today he was going to come fix and replace the padding cuz the water ruined my kids room, of course when wayer left unattended. Anyways THE guy came and never came back to fix it... AGAIN... cant even say its a busy season and their busy cuz town is slow due to no snow. Im ready to call the health department before my kids get ill smelling this mildew. Not recommended! Go anywhere but here. HORRIBLE JOB! Half assed ... just horrible! 2nd time doing carpets and there wont be a 3rd. Not TORO so gross.

    I want to clarify a few points in response to the owner's reply…read more The issue was not "pickiness." Visible lines/stains appeared after the cleaning. When the couch fully dried and the marks became clear, I reached out the next morning and asked if he could come back to take a look so we could figure out a solution. Those text messages are included in the photos posted with this review. He declined my request to return and assess the issue. The emphasis on "3 months later" does not change the issue. Because the service was paid through Cash App, I had to explore a dispute through my bank. I was advised the dispute will take 60 days or longer, which it did, and that I should also continue attempting to resolve the matter directly with the business. I did exactly that, but the owner declined to come take a look or consider the partial refund I suggested. The response also continues to reference a small spot I treated beforehand, which is unrelated to the marks shown in the photos. It's also worth noting that the couch was never re-evaluated by the owner after it had fully dried, which is when the marks became visible and why I asked him to return and see the issue in person, but he declined. Throughout this process I have focused on the service itself. The responses instead focus on labeling the customer as "picky," a "bully," or suggesting the need to "be selective with customers," rather than addressing & helping the issue. Which is a concerning business interaction as most customers, like myself, found him through Yelp. At this point I'm not interested in continuing a back-and-forth here. If the owner would like to revisit the issue and work toward a resolution, I'm open to that. Otherwise, I'll let the photos, texts, and documented communication speak for themselves.
