Trying to be respectful of COVID guidelines for small businesses, I put my mask on before walking in only to be greeted by two unmasked individuals working there. They looked at each other and the female remarked in a joking manner to her friend that "masks are required." They then both laughed as they looked in my direction. I was so offended, I walked out. I will not be shopping in this local store again.

They constantly get donations throughout the day and quickly put them on the floor for purchase. The service from their staff can be rude at times (especially right before closing) and good other times. So not a lot of consistency there. But you'll always find bargains here. Recently, I purchased 2 items, but unfortunately had to return 1. I've never had to return anything so I was quite surprised to find out that the store policy is 30 day store credit, which means I have 30 days to find something. I'm quite optimistic though because the boutique always has cute pieces that come in periodically. Luckily, I live 15 min away. For those of you that don't, make sure you know the policy should you have to return an item especially because the pieces can be pricey. With all that said, I would def recommend this store.
