You have to leave a voicemail. They call you back from a blocked number and when trying to make payment arrangements, tell you that the review team has to call you back. I've been waiting two days and I've not heard back from them. They also do not negotiate payments. They tell you what you have to pay. They are extremely aggressive and threatening with legal action and will put a lien on your home and threaten further action if you don't make a payment within a short period of time. They are also no longer open to the public. Everything has to be done over the phone. They have numerous complaints listed on the Better Business Bureau and they are no longer accredited by the Better Business Bureau. Mountains edge HOA uses this company and there are many complaints and lawsuits pending. Red Rock financial services also significantly increases their charge to triple or more than what the original debt is owed from the HOA. For example, my $350 debt that I was trying to negotiate with the HOA because I do not believe it was accurate for the fines I was given I was told to wait for a review board and now I'm in collections collections agency now wants $1700
