Since the repossession, they have been uncooperative and evasive about allowing me to retrieve my personal belongings from the car, which has only added to my frustration. I feel compelled to share a not good experience from this morning. I arrived there right at…read more10:00am when they opened. I have gotten loans there several times in the past & the customer service has always been pretty good. Unfortunately today is was not. First the greeting was terrible. The lady on duty who l will leave nameless had helped me in the past. She acted like she had never seen me before. That alone was very insulting. Her whole attitude was unfriendly & impersonal. As a matter of fact she was downright rude to me. I even told her the experience so far is not good. She made me feel very uncomfortable. At that point I should have just walked out but I did not. So now apparently for whatever reason even though you have a clean, clear title you are asked to produce a current paycheck stub. Which is totally ridiculous. Never had to do that previously. I was not able to access it with my phone. At that point I was done. She even walked to the door waiting for me to leave. I almost felt like I was being kicked out. I did not say even 1 word as I left. If she cannot be more professional & polite. Not to mention appreciative to see a repeat customer like me she has no business in customer service. Needless to say I will never go back there again.
