I thought she was legit because she said she does move-out cleanings all the time for a local home rental company. She came over later that day with 2 rough looking guys which I wasn't expecting. They took 2 days to do it, and she brought her big dog with her. We were there the whole time because we were working on other things in the house, so we saw the progress which was very slow, and they took long breaks. The second day they didn't show up until the afternoon when I finally called her. She said something about getting her granddaughter. We also had to provide some of the cleaning products. When they were "done" we did a quick inspection, and I Venmoed her the money. We really just wanted them gone because it was almost 10 pm on the second day. After looking at the house the next day we realized what a horrible job they had done! The drawers and vents in the bathrooms were still dirty, but the kitchen was by far the worst! The cabinets and drawers hadn't been wiped out. In fact, there were bugs on the walls inside the cabinets. I took out all of the shelves and washed them and interior walls because it was so gross! I really don't know how she can call herself a cleaning service! I spent a total of 9 hours redoing their work. I'm attaching pictures to prove my point! These young ladies came in, assessed and got busy. We hired them to clear and organize our garage that we used as a storage for years. Stuff we had not touched in 15 years. Some new, but most old. One of the best things I think that this crew possesses is the ability to relate to the homeowner in such a way that the homeowner is not feeling trampled upon, BUT at the same time respectfully probing and prodding to move the process of purging along. Nobody wants to get rid of things they find value in, but if you haven't touched the stuff in several years, what are you really doing?
