He gave me a thorough quote over email. On the morning of the cleaning he and the owner of the company were there early and walked me through what they'd be doing. They also recommended some additional things they could cover while here at reasonable rates. Kyle communicated with me daily on progress and walked everything with me a few times before they completed to ensure they weren't missing anything. After they completed I found a few spots that got missed and they addressed them right away. Given that the main thing with construction is dust, they explained that if any additional dust settled they would come back and address it. Overall a really great experience.

I had to hire another cleaning services to complete the job. What made matters worse was how their so-called customer services was rude and offensive towards me. They made the excuse that it was a basic cleaning and then insulted me that the room and my home was too dirty. I informed them first that I only hired then to clean one room and bathroom and not my home. I also informed them that the picture in which I sent shows the clear picture that they do below subpar work. I informed them that they insulted me and isn't it the purpose of their company to clean dirty homes. If you choose to hire them be aware of the poor services and lack of respect to their customers.

The floors were still dirty in multiple rooms (walked barefoot to test, -- they must have pushed the dirt around. It's like they barely swept, let alone mopped. They came back a second time to mop the kitchen floors AGAIN, when I mentioned it was STILL dirty. Additionally , they didn't even touch the dresser surfaces in the bedroom, which still had visible marks, I wiped it down, so they must have only dusted. She also left things from the floor that were dusty in my daughter's crib! so I had to wash all of her bedding. I paid for a full service, but now I'm stuck calling another cleaning crew just to fix what should've been done right the first time. Disappointing and frustrating. She took his call while finishing another job, had some reception issues, but promised to call back in 30 minutes -- and she absolutely did. That level of professionalism already stood out to us. She and her husband, Aziz, even came out the same day to evaluate the carpets and provide a quote. Aziz was honest, knowledgeable, never pushy, and their pricing was very fair. We decided to move forward, and I'm so glad we did. They worked incredibly hard for over 5 hours in our home after already completing 3 other jobs that same day! They treated our carpets with such care and attention to detail. They also offered an enzyme treatment to help eliminate the bacteria from the pet stains, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. After inspecting my carpets, Aziz addressed that I had deeply neglected my carpets since this is the first time I had had any professional cleaning done on the carpets since putting them in. In fairness, I did deserve the (light) scolding. Aziz provided an estimated cost that was higher than what we discussed in our messages; however, it was reasonable given the severity of the carpet's condition. Aziz and another team member started on the cleaning; they were quick and thorough but provided high-quality results. Yesterday it was for window washing (1st time) and power washing (2nd time). Fast and good work as always! Donnie always gives me a fair price and was willing to work with me when bundling services. No, he's not the cheapest, but 1) you get what you pay for, and 2) he gets it done ASAP--I called another company before just for a comparison quote, and they said it would be two weeks before they could do it--Five Star came in under two days! I would deduct a quarter star only because they forgot to mention they accidentally broke one of the outer window trims on a garage window --it was very brittle from facing the dry afternoon sun for 20 years, so I completely understand; just wish they had mentioned it. I added that quarter star back because upon arrival, Jerry the foreman pointed out that one of the front screens was busted from age/sun and offered to replace it for a great price--important when selling a house! For many years, I have used Five Star for gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, screen replacement, outdoor window cleaning and power washing--and they're just as good as ever. Thanks!
