My only big complaint was noise through the extremely thin walls and traffic noise of the nearby AZ-92 -- and we could hear it from the third floor and furthest room from the road. They provided us with complimentary ear plugs which was much appreciated. Nonetheless we had a wonderful stay here and would recommend it. Did manage to get to bench that was close & sat down. Sat there for a while & finally called out loud for help & another guest heard me. He came down to help me. I could see the lady in the office sitting right there inside. She did not move to even come check on me. I called 911 after the other guest got my phone from my room. My husband arrived & went to the office they told him that they were not allowed to call 911. Once the ambulance arrived I asked the medic if this is correct & he said "no, anyone can call 911". I have a large goose egg on the back of my head now & a groin pull. Am unable to walk for now. I will never stay at this motel again & will call corporate to report the lack of response by the staff.
