Their Rancho Cucamonga staff is on top of their game. Brenda and Mariah have been wonderful, detail oriented, and always reply promptly. They have next day delivery (or even same day for very urgent cases) and the customer service has been top notch. Some of your specialty meds may come Fedex'ed from their Arizona location, but it gave me comfort that most of my meds were coming from the Southern CA area, and that only very rare items needed to come from out of state. That said, the AZ delivery arrived just as promptly as the CA delivery. I have done my homework and price compared, and am very grateful for the service and prices at Integrity. Depending on the items needed, you may find some of the other competitors to be lower on a specific item, but overall, I would check with Integrity first.
