Pharmacist is partial and you can't trust people like that with your medications. They don't deliver outside a certain location

STILL the BEST Pharmacy I have ever had. I'm in chronic pain and have had some really awful pharmacies in the past 20 plus years. Walter, Crystal, and Brenda are ALWAYS so helpful. They make sure that my prescriptions are all filled and ready for pickup when I arrive. I have NEVER had to wait for them. You should give them a chance, you won't be disappointed. I received two unsolicited calls from (909) 980-0999 by someone claiming to represent Blueshield who wanted to review my list of medications. When I responded that I am not contracted with them, the caller said that they would note that on "your file". This pharmacy is not found on the BBB website. This call sounds fraudulent to me. If another call is received, I will call my insurer and report the pharmacy to medicare / medicaid. read more

The whole staff is amazing and always working hard to fill our orders on time. They make you feel like family and actually do care about us, making sure we are always taken care of. Last year I moved to San Jacinto which is an hour drive to pick up my meds and I will continue going. No more Walgreens CVS, or even Cosco. read more

Green Valley Pharmacy - Very clean waiting area - Pharmacy Near Me - Rancho Cucamonga, California

I have been using Green Valley Pharmacy for the past 18 months and based on 6-8 experiences, this group is fantastic! My first visit was for a COVID shot which was when I had Kaiser insurance. I had some concerns like many and the pharmacist stopped what he was doing to spend a few minutes to discuss. I changed Insurance providers a few months later and went back to Green Valley to discuss the process of getting my prescriptions transferred. They not only took care of contacting Kaiser but contacted me within 24 hours to apologized for the delayed response in getting my records. I had my prescriptions filled in less than 72 hours. I continue to get my prescriptions filled when they are due without having to call them which is really appreciated and something I have never experienced. My most recent example was just a few weeks ago when I needed a test for COVID and could not find a kit for sale from Target to the local chain pharmacies. I called Green Valley and explained my situation and they gave me a kit because I was experiencing symptoms. When I arrived, it was raining and they came out to my car to hand it off. This group of healthcare providers are consistently welcoming, informative, helpful and display exemplary customer service. The experience feels like a small town pharmacy from the 50's (based on movies not my age) which is incredible hard to find in Southern California. I relocate here 8 years ago and have no connection to anyone working at the pharmacy but wanted to share my experience. At times we are all quick to write reviews when a situation or experience falls short on expectations but after 18 months, I really wanted to recognize and share my gratitude and appreciation for the team at GVP. I had the pleasure of going into this pharmacy (Green Vally) that has been next door to my general physician Dr. Chu Le. for some years and never utilized them. Husband ran out of medication and due to a special situation, his doctor was no longer available. His new doctor was too overwhelmed with cases that he could not respond to our calls at all. Tried to call our primary pharmacy (a chain one) for help but they were too busy to care. I must have made at least 10 calls to different parties for 2 hours straight with no avail. Never been to Green Valley before, but they were so good to take an extra step to help secure our missing medication. The staff was friendly and very kind. She listened to our problem and acted immediately to communicate with our doctor nd primary pharmacy. An hour after we first spoke, she got our prescriptions ready. When the location in my town of Yucaipa closed, my son's medications quickly became riddled with issues at the chain pharmacy that took over. Not only did Walter and his team step up and continue making a complex compounded medication for my boy, but they also agreed to continue to handle his medications. They always work diligently to have most, if not all, of my son's medications ready together so that I can make one trip each month. Never any issues with waiting, back orders, stock issues, etc. Their INCREDIBLE customer service, both by phone and in person, alone is worth the switch! I am new to using this pharmacy but have been more than pleased with my experience every single time. Due to Covid (or maybe this was an option before, I really don't know) they have been able to mail my prescriptions to me for only $5. During a national pandemic, this is such a great offer! When I've had questions about my prescription the pharmacist took the time to come over and explain things to me in a way where I did not feel like I was a burden. He also didn't talk down to me or make me feel stupid for asking. I really appreciated his kindness and insight! The girls I've dealt with over the phone and at the counter, Mindy especially, are very courteous and kind. It's always a pleasure doing business with them!
