Very happy with how this project turned out! It was a slow start. I had called Jaymes and left a…read moremessage telling him about the project. It took him a month to return my call but that didn't bother me because anything construction related is so much in demand right now, I was just happy to get a call back. Plus it worked out timing wise because when he returned my call, I was ready for the countertop portion of my project. Jaymes was quick to come over and take measurements and he recommend a few places for me to look at slabs. The next day, I had a slab picked out and he sent me the estimate. Once I paid the deposit, he had the countertops installed within 2.5 weeks. The turnaround time amazes me because I was expecting it to take at least a mont, again because of all the construction needs right now. I was not completely happy with the installation crew. They told me they were going to have to make a seams down the middle of the counter and backsplashes, which surprised me because Jaymes had told me the seams would only be in the corners. But after speaking to Jaymes about not being satisfied with multiple visible seams, he was able to accommodate my requests and put the seams in the corners. Also, the installation crew dented a cabinet while they were installing. The handles that were installed later covered the dent up so, no harm. Overall, I am very happy with the quick turnaround and the quality of the work. Jaymes did a great job lining up the grain patterns on the slabs so the backsplash matched the direction of the countertop. I would definitely use Stone Creation again and Jaymes was very easy to work with.

We came in having a general idea what we wanted to do but she really helped us narrow things down and made it so easy because she has such a good eye with color, style etc. All the crews that came out from the demolition crew, cabinet installation crew and the countertop crew were all so polite and respectful of our home. Laying down blankets to protect carpets and floors to cleanup. Exceptional work. They always showed up on time, were fast and efficient and professional. We didn't have to wait days for everything to be done. They stuck to a very tight schedule and were done quickly. I would definitely recommend Pacific Stone Creations to everyone looking. I went into the show room and was there for a solid 30 min and I still had to go get…read moresomeone for help. got 2 slabs for my kitchen countertops. 3 days before install they called and told me i needed to buy another because they miss calculated. I then if they would do my pantry and laundry room with the extra and they said they would but had to charge me for it. after a lot of talk they finally agreed to do it. when install day came they couldn't get it lever and blamed it on my cabinets not being level. but it wasn't the problem. the problem was the new slab I had to order was 1/8in thinner. they told me I couldn't have anyone standing on the countertops or they would break most likely. I told them they had to figure out a better solution. my husband ended up having to step in and help them add shims under the slabs to make it level. then they had to saw down underneath where the slabs meet to make it look even. then after install they asked me how it looked. I could barely get my cabinet drawers open. they told me there was a setting to lower my cabinets. which there is, but they were already on the lowest setting. low and behold they made the overhang 1/8in longer then normal so that's why the drawers almost hit the counter. nothing could be done at that point. 8months later the seems are already starting to crack. overall unimpressed $15k later. dont use them

He gave us a fair bid on our project and arrived on time to do the job. When he arrived (before he entered our home) he put booties on his shoes to protect our floors. Each time that he had to go out to his truck, he removed them.....and put them back on when he came back. This is a class way to do business and shows his respect for the customer and their property. This is exactly how he performed the counter restoration job on our granite. He is a true professional. He has many years of this under his belt and his work shows it. When he finished the job earlier than he had expected with his bid, he adjusted the price down a bit. Wow.....is that an honest gentleman or what? We have a few more areas in our home that we will want addressed and know that this is absolutely the guy that we will call again for those places. Martin helped me tremendously with picking out a piece from their large selection of remnants. They were quick to get it cut and installed but unfortunately there was a problem with the counter top. The sink was off center. Spenser (owner) was responsive, professional and forward thinking about this issue. He went above and beyond to rectify the situation by finding another remnant from another company that closely matched the original and cutting a brand new top at his expense. I called back in January for our kitchen flooring project and asked multiple times if we could get this done before the kids are out of school for the summer. Yes, yes, go get the tile, yada yada. I get the tile, storing the tile, week after week the project gets delayed for one BS reason or the next, and then here we are today (was told the project would start on Monday!) "sorry can't do it". 3 stars, the work they do is good but the overpromising and under delivering is just exhausting.
