I was referred to ENL by the granite company I bought my granite from. Each appointment was rescheduled or last minute to do the measuring or the install. I ended up with an extra slab I didn't need when I was told the fabricator wasn't sure three would be enough. So with the extra, we redid the dry bar and my laundry room and there was still a bit left over. The work on the fabrication was good, not great. The seams could have been tighter. They forgot to seal the granite and had to come back. The backsplash tile came out nice, with the exception of the broken tiles that the installer thought I wouldn't notice. The laundry room was a fiasco. We told the installers to not glue anything down, just set it so we could remove it and install the new cabinets a few months later. Everything was glued down, wrong color caulking, told them to use white and they used brown, they cut the hoses to my laundry sink off, didn't turn the water off and cost me over $1,200 in repairs. There was caulk on the floor, on the walls, on my washing machine, on the granite, under the upper cupboards and a very leaky sink. They left without saying a word. I never heard back from them and this was done in November of last year. Eduardo is charming and has great ideas, however, he has way too much on his plate to focus on what his crews are doing and putting too much faith in them. His ability to show up when he says he will is another put off. I would get calls saying we will be there in 20 minutes and they'd show up an hour later. I work from home so most of the time it was a quick adjustment of my day, but on the days I couldn't, it would put my project out a week or two. Hopefully, he figures it out and gets on track. Its just a shame to spend money like this and not see any follow through on such a mess. read more
