Lo and behold, it turns out this is an outlet location thus most if not all the prices are cheaper than anywhere else. Jacob was the employee that helped us and he was very friendly and helped me find a shoe that looks like it's going to work out very well. If it doesn't though, it turns out they have a 60 day "trial" where you can return the shoes in ANY condition within that time period. Pretty cool. So even if I need to exchange the shoes I can.

When we go to the checkout line I told my girls they could each pick out a ball from the small bin of balls. I then bent down to look at something on a shelf. I heard an associate very rudely tell my girls that the balls needed to go back in the bin. Not knowing what to say they started to apologize and the associate repeated "balls in bin!" My girls did as requested and walked over to me. I found it extremely rude and unprofessional that the only interaction we had with any one of service was someone scolding my daughters for holding balls that I said I would buy them ‍. The store was nearly empty and I can understand why. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend doing any business with this store, unless you want to have your kids leave crying. .

I chose 1 year but you can choose from a good variety of options up to three years! 5 star experience... While I walked about I was asked by a floor monitor if they could assist me with anything... I asked T question and they responded kindly good people in the store. I got some Iowa beef sticks... they also had good variety of jerky... that meaty juicy type not dried. I asked AI what are the top 5 most popular lures that work best in Utah and the store had all of them. I took them, a great Nike T shirt and my beefsteak at the cashiers near the entrance, paid and bid good day. I'd shop this place again.

After contemplation, I came to the conclusion that the "Famous" actually refers to their brands ... and, if that's the case, they definitely hit the mark. Big brands, different styles, and plenty for men, women, and kids of all ages. Plenty of Nikes, Converse, Sketchers, Puma, and Under Armour is your looking for athletic shoes or sneakers. They're also stocked with winter boots: Doc Martins, Bearpaw, Columbia, and Wolverine are a few I saw. And yes, dress shoes, slippers, and sandals are in abundance. I'm a fan of Vans Off the Wall, and usually go to the outlets ... now I'll drop by FF on my next Vans quest. Yup, they've got those Light-Up Sketchers high-tops your kids have been coveting. Actually, they've got a solid selection for kids of all ages (they even have BABY shoes!). FF has some great prices in clearance, but I hope you have small feet. Everywhere else, the prices are reasonable. Look at it this way: You don't have to wait three days, you get to wear 'em out of the store, and you don't have to break down the Amazon box and put it in the recycle bin. The customer service is great at the Jordan Landing location. They were available to answer my questions, but not lurking over my shoulder. Overall, definitely a great place to buy shoes. They may not be "Famous", but their brands sure are.
