I asked where to get my fishing license and the young man cheerfully gave me precise instructions. Once I arrived at customer service I was greeted warmly and in less than 5 minutes I had my license. I chose 1 year but you can choose from a good variety of options up to three years! 5 star experience... While I walked about I was asked by a floor monitor if they could assist me with anything... I asked T question and they responded kindly good people in the store. I got some Iowa beef sticks... they also had good variety of jerky... that meaty juicy type not dried. I asked AI what are the top 5 most popular lures that work best in Utah and the store had all of them. I took them, a great Nike T shirt and my beefsteak at the cashiers near the entrance, paid and bid good day. I'd shop this place again.

I heard an associate very rudely tell my girls that the balls needed to go back in the bin. Not knowing what to say they started to apologize and the associate repeated "balls in bin!" My girls did as requested and walked over to me. I found it extremely rude and unprofessional that the only interaction we had with any one of service was someone scolding my daughters for holding balls that I said I would buy them ‍. The store was nearly empty and I can understand why. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend doing any business with this store, unless you want to have your kids leave crying. .

I wouldn't go there for the ACE Hardware aspect, but perusing the aisles I noticed that they do carry some unique and also niche items that other ACE Hardwares may not necessarily carry. That aside, wow, what a comprehensive store. Everything outdoorsy: camping, hunting, fishing, BBQ, etc. Tons of clothing, which is probably close to 40% of the store. Then there is the toy section. Huge. Good place to shop for toys. Lots of unique offerings, too. Then there is the candy/snack section. You will spend 20-30 minutes easily going through the aisles there and seeing what they have. She then suggested an insert to Provide support and resulted in complete relief from the rubbing and pinching experienced when trying on various boots.Aimee then proceeded to recommend a boots explaining the different design details between the companies.
