If I had have owed $70.00 to the Clinic for over a period of 3 years, the Clinic would have charged me LATE FEES for a hell of alot more than $70.00 i guarantee that for sure! When I found out about the Credits I was owed from Crystal in Accounting she said if I don't use the Credit on office visits by the end of the year, Accounting would send me a check! I told her that we don't Doctor there anymore, so then she said they would cut a check in Two weeks, realizing this is May 2026. I asked Crystal who was the Director of the Clinic, she said Art Badillo, I left at least two voice mails thru a period of 5 days, so today 5-11-26 I contacted the CEO Duke Young, shared my Issue with him, and he said he would look into, and get back with me at the end of the Business day today. Lo and behold Art Badillo called and said he would look into these Credits owed me. I told him I already talked to his Boss,I asked if his Boss Young had talked to him, he said no, I CALL BULLSHIT ON THAT LIE!Then about the time I was talking to Badillo, I could see that Mr. Young was calling, by the time I called his number had left me a voice telling that Accounting had cut a check for my credits on 5-04-26 and I should receive the check this week. I will be contacting the State Attorney General, and see if maybe they might want to investigate the Accounting dept of Mimbres Valley Medical Group!! The Attorney General might want to see how many other Patients have money owed to them!!! Because of poor bookkeeping ! It looks like the Accounting dept could use a CLASS on the difference between Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, and know the guidelines, THIS WAS ENTIRELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! Rang the bell at the door three times and it took 15 minutes for anyone to open that door. I sat there for two+ hours and when I got home and was in bed, they called for me to come in and sign paperwork. I said I'd do it in the morning. At 6:25 AM they were calling to make sure I came in. When I was in that ER, not one person was helpful or asked if I needed anything or explained what we were waiting for. I am seriously disappointed.

She told me a lot of people just want to get high. Then she took my blood pressure which was 200 over 150 due to pain. She saw the blood pressure and finally gave me meds. I went into the ED yesterday afternoon for chest discomfort being that I have past cardiac issues. Upon my arrival and the staff being notified about the chest discomfort I was told to wait in the waiting area until they have someone available for vitals etc. I waiting about 40 or so minutes just for vitals and an EKG. I was then sent out to wait an hour or more to be taken to a room next to the nurses station. While there, they put on the vitals cuff and pulse ox but didn't even bother to have me connected to the leads / monitor. Their Accredited Chest Pain Center must not be from the ED at all and another part of the facility. While waiting another few hours for blood work or even be seen by a physician I noticed employees (unsure if RNs, PCTs, etc) just chatting away and eating at the nurses station. I saw about 3 nurses doing all the work and honestly felt bad for them. After a couple more hours of waiting, I decided I would leave AMA and follow up with my cardiologist and another medical facility. I definitely wouldn't recommend this medical facility to anyone at all. I understand it's an ED and it gets busy at times, but for someone with past cardiac issues to wait for so long is ridiculous. The MV standing ER on north main is a lot more professional and attentive to their patients - not the main campus.

They are expedient, organized and their online scheduling makes it so much easier to be seen quickly.

I have been to Memorial Medical Center for 4 years since moving to Las Cruces, 3 times to ER. In…read morethe past, I lived in large metropolitan areas with multiple medical facilities. Memorial is old, but in general the facility is well kept and the service is excellent. In December, I had a triple bypass surgery in Memorial. I first spent 5 days on the fourth floor prior my surgery. My surgeon was Dr. Vitaly Piluiko, who recently retired. Him and his team were outstanding. Dr. Piluiko, visited me in my room every day prior my surgery. After surgery, I spent a few days recovering in the intensive care unit. Even the anesthesiologist came to check on me the day after my surgery! Yes, the hospital is a bit tired, but the care I received was outstanding. My only observation is that the food service company lacks of employees who understand what vegan meals are and they need to have a proper selection of options for vegans, vegetarians and pescatarians. The service is at the same level of what I experienced in large hospitals in San Antonio and Dallas Texas.

I went to Memorial Medical Center Emergency Room on May 29th due to complications with my diabetes…read moreand insulin pump. I was seen by a Doctor Ponce de Leon. She asked me why I had come to the Emergency room. I explained the problem with my glucose level and the number of insulin pumps that I had gone through in 24 hours. The Doctor said she would be back. When the Doctor returned, she told me that there was nobody in the Emergency room who dealt with diabetes or insulin pumps. I asked what about the rest of the hospital, I was told that they have all gone home for the weekend. She said she was going to arrange for me to be discharged. I was upset, so I placed a call to the hospital administration, and was told that they would look into it. Shortly after the call, a Nurse Practitioner came to see me. She checked out my Insulin pump controller and went to make a phone call to my Diabetes Doctor, who's office was closed for the weekend. She eventually spoke to a Diabetes Doctor she knew. The Nurse Practitioner returned, telling me that my insulin pump was malfunctioning. I was told about the diet I should eat over the weekend, until I could get in contact with my Diabetes Doctor on Monday. I was eventually discharged from the hospital, without any help for the large swings in my glucose levels and no means to administer insulin. I should have been admitted over the weekend to get my glucose levels under control. Basically, the Emergency Room Dr. Ponce de Leon and the Nurse Practitioner left me in a very dangerous situation.
