This doctor's office is terrible. My husband and I had been patients for over ten years but we…read morerecently left for a more efficient, well run, caring practice that was recommended to me. This office has none of those qualities any longer. We had watched it go downhill for awhile and I'm glad that we are no longer going here for substandard medical care. A couple of the doctors and nurse practitioners are good. But there are arrogant doctors and office staff, which is incredibly frustrating when you are trying to explain something and the person isn't really listening to you. One of the office staff called me on the phone regarding some FMLA paperwork my husband needed renewed for his job. She kept me on the phone for forty minutes interrogating me about his specific health concerns, even though I repeatedly asked for her to speak with him directly the following day, when he would be home. HIPPAA laws may have been broken. And who has forty minutes at their job to spend arguing on the phone like that? Isn't there other work to do? She was extremely combative and was doubting his medical condition, asthma, which, as you may know, can be potentially life threatening. She insisted that FMLA was more appropriate for people with issues like IBS, in which diarrhea keeps them out of work, which is ridiculous to compare the two. When I would not back down or give her answers that pleased her, she told me that the doctor was afraid they would lose their license over this paperwork because my husband was likely committing fraud. Being accused of fraud by an angry power tripping medical secretary was the last straw. This was about the tenth instance over two years, and the worst. It led to our leaving the practice. The others involved billing mistakes; code errors for testing that resulted in being erroneously billed hundreds of dollars; errors with incorrectly prescribed medication; gaslighting me that an adverse reaction I was having to medication was 'not really happening', even though it was; misplacing important paperwork; errors in faxing forms and more. It was mainly the office staff, being amazingly incompetent, but it wasn't limited to that.

My family has been going to this location for almost three years. Our Doctor is leaving the…read morepractice, so, when my son needed a physical, he had to switch to another doctor in the practice. I was told none of the other doctors are accepting other patients but they might take him. Unfortunately, my son Was in the hospital and missed his appointment. About a week later, I received a letter in the mail saying that because of the missed appointment, they would no longer be able to keep him at the practice and they would forward his records to his new doctor. So much for the Hippocratic Oath.

An orthopedic, neurologist and a rheumatologist, they all did extensive testing, and it came back that my thyroid levels were extremely low. March 28 my Rheumatoid Dr sent my lab work to my family dr. I even called left messages to them about it. They finally called today April 12 and left a voice mail to call them back.... REALLY AND SERIOUSLY, I HAD TO CALL OUT OF WORK CAUSE OF THIS PAIN AND WEAKNESS IN MY ARMS AND HANDS. Pay over $1000.00 out of pocket for bloodwork and testing. To find out that when Dr. Dusty decreased my dose of levothyroxine back in August that was reason for ALL my pain that I have now. She really did a number on me. BEWARE AND GO ELSEWHERE. they are not there when you need them the most.

I have been going to them for years and am very pleased with my Dr.Cohan , the nurses ,reception…read moreladies. He gathers information from my other Doctors and is on top with my treatments and is very on board as to what's going on. The are all very nice and professional . And if i'm having problems they tell me what to do or if I need to be seen they try to get me in as soon as possible. I am very pleased to go there ,and I hope you will be pleased to !

I had a very bad infection in my toe nail, I saw Dr. Kalyan and she was amazing. I am afraid of…read moreblood and needles so when someone advises you that you have to get your toe nail removed for me that is traumatic. She was very patient, she told me everything she was going to do, and talked me through it. I just want to say if you are like me and have fear of these procedures, she is the one and plus a very good doctor. She really made the procedure much better than I ever imagined. Also, the office staff, was very caring and nice to me, which means a lot, they are just office workers yet they had a lot of compassion. They all made my experience so much better-Liz Turner
