She was very sweet and understanding told us to give her a few days and she would have it all fixed. While we were standing making our selections with another employee she came back out to let us know she had everything fixed already. She showed us that she really valued us as a customer. Instead of getting to it like she said she would (which we didn't mind) she made it a priority right then to recover our accounts and rewards.
