I recently went in and bought a 2018 F150 Lariat with 39,000 miles on it for about $52,000. I was aware of the $20,000 premium and was willing to pay it at the time. Now, I have had this truck for the last 2 months and I have realized it was not equipped to pull my trailer, as well as I thought it would. I would like to have better mileage. I need something a little bit bigger, perhaps a diesel. I went in the other day to see about trading in my 2018 F150 Lariat for something a little bit better to fit my needs. After only having this truck for 2 months, I ONLY put approximately 2,600 miles on it. They offered me $41,000 for trade in. I even offered to give them my 2018 F150 Lariat the same day and wait 6 months for another truck to be built and brought in for me, and their offer did NOT change. For a used F250 Diesel truck on the lot, they were asking $70,000. This used F250 Diesel truck also had almost 40,000 miles on it. The used truck was a F250 Lariat. The Kelly Blue Book Value is only $61,000. That is still a $25,000 difference. I could understand a $20,000 difference at best. Like I mentioned beforehand, I have over 30(+) years of business with Twin Motors, and they still lacked integrity to not only overcharge me but screw me over in the end. I will be taking my business elsewhere and advise others to do the same. If they will do it to me after all these years, what is going to stop them from doing it to a new customer?

We could file for a reimbursemen. Steve Faulkerdon service department charged us over $5k for work on a vehicle. Within 350 miles the same parts needed repair! When I called the service department and talked to Joe and Tommie the response they gave me- We have the best mechanics but we cannot ensure the factory has working parts. We were told the parts and labor are under warranty for two years and we can take it to any Ford. Really this is why I paid $5k for a service job done so poorly. Be careful and do not waste time or money at this service department.
