The owner is verbally abusive to women AND children alike. This afternoon, my 14 year old son and I were looking at a vehicle he was interested in purchasing. The 'salesperson' had ZERO information and when he was confronted with questions about the vehicle, he simply shrugged his shoulders and stared at the ground. The owner approached us (my 14 year old son, 15 year old daughter and I) and yelled 'what the fuck are you doing' as he marched over. I replied 'looking at this truck'. He then attempted (without success) to close the hood of the vehicle as he said 'well, you're DONE looking NOW!' We will NOT be purchasing anything from this shady, unprofessional 'business'.

We could file for a reimbursemen. Steve Faulkerdon service department charged us over $5k for work on a vehicle. Within 350 miles the same parts needed repair! When I called the service department and talked to Joe and Tommie the response they gave me- We have the best mechanics but we cannot ensure the factory has working parts. We were told the parts and labor are under warranty for two years and we can take it to any Ford. Really this is why I paid $5k for a service job done so poorly. Be careful and do not waste time or money at this service department.

I trailered the Jeep home only to find an active leak which was found to be the rear main seal needing replacement. Contacted Show Me Auto Mall only to be told it must have passed inspection and that it was sold "as is". Wouid have really appreciated some service assitance since they indicated it passed without any leak.
