Worse, I received an email prompting me to use a patient portal where I left urgent messages regarding an allergic reaction to a new medication and received no response for days, only to be told after I called that the portal "hasn't worked in forever." The medical care itself felt rushed and dismissive. The doctor seemed indifferent to my extreme eye pain and offered only generic solutions rather than looking for a root cause. Between the technical failures and the lack of empathy, I cannot recommend this provider.

At first I was hesitant to go here because my insurance isn't local and I wanted the eye to heal on it's own. Boy, am I glad I changed my mind. Their prices were very reasonable (I paid $55 without insurance to save my vision) and they squeezed me in last minute. I had no wait and they were very welcoming. The doctor really went out of the way to get to know me and understand my problems.The pain I suffered was due to an ulcer on my cornea. He immedietely prescribed me an antibiotic and educated me on this issue. I was seen just before the holiday and was squeezed in for a follow-up right before the Thanksgiving to ensure I was healing quickly and properly. In short: if you are in doubt, go here! These two visits have been nothing but a great experience (not bad, considering I was in a lot of pain before I went in!)

There are other doctors at this practice as well, but I can only speak for Dr. Isaac. I've had my fair share of eye doctors over the years, but Dr. Isaac is hands down the best eye doctor I have ever been to. He takes the time to make sure all of your needs and concerns are addressed. Prior to visiting Dr. Isaac, I had only ever used monthly contacts, which really irritated my eyes. Once I told Dr. Isaac all of the issues I had been having, he worked with me to find the best contact lens so I could avoid having to wear my glasses all the time. Dr. Isaac is also very personable and conversational. He such a pleasure to visit every year! The people at the front desk are also very helpful and I have not had any issues making appointments, processing insurance, or ordering contacts.
