As I…read moreapproached with my toddler, one of your sales representatives visibly shook her head at us before we even entered. Once inside, I was met with eye-rolling and further head-shaking, which was completely off-putting. The interaction was so unwelcoming that I turned around and left immediately. Not everyone has the privilege of a sitter or a nanny, and customers--parents included--deserve to be treated with respect. The attitude I encountered was beyond stuffy and unprofessional. I hope your company takes the time to train representatives on basic manners and customer service. I updated to remove the person in question as I am not out to hurt anyone but just make the company more aware and the need for education on kindness and customer service.
