I really, really dislike writing bad reviews because I think everyone deserves a chance but…read morehonestly, if I could give this place zero stars, I would. This company was outsourced to wrap our company vehicle. From the very beginning, it got off to a shaky start as we were very eager to get the car wrapped and seemed as though we might have to wait. We agreed that the car would be picked up on a Tuesday as we were told by the production company that outsourced to Vibrant Signs, our car will be picked up. Yakov made it quite clear that they normally don't do this but agreed to do it. We had to chase him down to find out when we would get a car. In the past, our vehicles (wrapped by others) were completed in a day. Finally we were told that the car would be ready on Friday which was not great as they had the car for 3 days but at least we would have it for the weekend when it's needed to hold signage for our real estate firm! All day on the Friday we were waiting to see what time it was going to be dropped off. Finally we get an email (no call!!!) that he wasn't going to make it for religious reasons. I have no issue with religious reasons as I am of the same religion (!) but couldn't it have been planned better? My husband then got into an email exchange with Yakov who said he was taking off the wrap and we could come get the car! Nice customer service! We got someone else from the company involved who apologized and made sure our car was returned early Sunday morning. Oh ...and the quality...let's see - there are ragged edges, the wrap on the back is crooked and some of the wrap is falling off. Plus there is damage to the vehicle. We now are getting the car rewrapped by another company. Stay clear of this company if you're looking for timely service and quality work.
