After that, I brought in my 1999 F250 for an exterior/interior detail, and he knocked it out of the park, reviving the sun-faded, scratched paint. Most recently, I returned for window tint on my Chevy work van, and as always, the tint was perfect, with great precision and attention to detail. Augustine is skilled, passionate about his work, and incredibly friendly. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicles!

This is now the second time my family has dealt with this here. My sister's car suffered similar interior damage just a week prior and there is a clear pattern of negligence. ​When I brought the car back a few hours later to show the damage, the manager who wears glasses was very passive and immediately tried to dodge taking ownership. He told me he would check the cameras and call me back no later than the next day. It has been several days and I still have not heard a word from him. ​To make matters worse, the actual cleaning was sub par. The interior was improperly cleaned and it was obvious as you could still see dirtiness on the front doors. They are clearly rushing the work and then refusing to take responsibility when they cause damage. ​I am sure the business will reply here with a generic message acting like they want to help or claiming they have no record of this. Don't be fooled by the professional online responses. When you stand in front of them with the damage they caused, they do everything possible to avoid accountability and hope you just go away. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually respects your property and stands by their work.

I leave my car, go in and pay 32 dollars for "the works." Wait. Not even 15 minutes later, my car is done. I get in, drive away because i had to get back to work, but the wash itself was too quick. At closer inspection, the vents were still dusty, front and rear bumpers still had spots on them, seats were NOT vacuumed at all! WTF did i just waste my time and money on? These owners should be embarrassed at the low quality of service and the people that they employ. Never again. I'll take the ride down 303 to Blauvelt. So p'ssed.

They are completely lost. I came in to get work done and they nickle and dimed me for almost 2…read moremonths with unnecessary work around my engine. My check engine light was on and the car was overheating. They told me it was a heat gauge but the car continued to over heat. They told me the new gauge was faulty and they changed that one. The car continued to over heat. They told me it was fine to drive and that the gauge needed to reset or something. I came back several more times. They changed a hose, that didn't fix it. They changed the coolant...didn't work. They told me it was the cap for the coolant. That didn't work. They mentioned the head gasket. They said no it wasn't that. They did several repairs and nothing worked. Several thousand later and no change. Eventually they told me some garbage that they need to get the car when it's cold, mid you the car was resting for hours before they came to get the vehicle. After a month or so they say hey man it's your head gasket. Then they offer to do it. I asked what were all the other repairs for? They said they were trying to figure it out. Long story short I brought the car to another mechanic who I am familiar with and they tell me I should never have been driving and quoted me a price that was a good 1500 more than this fake shop quoted me. After everything I find out I go to talk to these guys and they're like hey you've been driving it this whole time that's what did it. I say you are the one who told me to keep driving it. I look online and found videos and other info that showed simple ways to diagnose the issue. I am convinced that they would have strung me along for a couple more thousand dollars. Do not go here!!!!!!!!!
