I sold my house with Gabby on August 1st, 2022. My sale was not easy. The market changed rapidly from the time we listed it to the time we sold it. Was my case normal? No not at all. Stock market dropped, The Feds raised interest rates multiple times, investors became nervous, prices started dropping, more homes went on the market and many other things went on during my sale. Gabby was a top notch relator. As a millenial looking to sell his first home and purchase a single family home amidst the COVID-19 pandwmic, Gabby was top notch all around. During our introduction she brought with her several comps to help us set a sale price, then hustled to get our home sold fast! It's kind of hard to "Yelp" a person... I mean, its not like Gabby is a tasty snack or has a fantastic ocean breeze when you walk by... but if you think of Gabby as an Application called "Real Estate Consultant " (like you're pretending your life is a giant iPhone) then its a little easier to put an honest rating down. We all know that in a real estate market as volatile as the one we are experiencing now, it's good to have someone that you can trust-- someone that honestly is looking our for your best interests. I felt that she honestly was looking out for me and not just trying to get the deal over with. In my particular case, I had an extremely long list of requirements.
