The consultation is posted as ""assess your signage needs" - FYI they will not be assessing what fits the space or what works for the space, it's more that they will tell you 1) the workflow involved to get your sign up, 2) the work they offer to support the process, and 3) how much they charge to custom design. Having that information as "what to expect" and knowing how to prepare for the meeting would've made for a more productive meet. Perhaps including that in the landing page with a "what to expect" or "how to prepare best" in the confirmation email would've made the best use of everyone's time. My consultant showed up late to our scheduled appointment. It sounds like they do great work, as they came recommended from a few fellow business owners in Roslindale. My consultant (Ravee) talked over me as i was trying to explain what i didn't understand. I did say "can I finish" and he just kept talking. And then kept interrupting me. After taking the windshield tint off, I found multiple parallel linear scratches on both sides of the windshield under the tint. It's a new car, so I would have noticed if there were scratches before. See the photo. Omar told me he would call me over the next couple days about fixing the scratches, but he did not. I called to follow up in the next week, and they said I would get a return call later that day. I did not receive any call and have not received any information in the last month. I am very disappointed by the lack of communication.
