Additionally when we received our product, the transfer that they had done all the transfers had fuzz and lint stuck within the image. They said that it's "part of the material" which it's not... it's your poor quality control for not just doing the extra step in lint rolling the garnet before applying the transfer over. Even another customer standing next to me said he saw all the lint within the image of the shirt. One of the shirts the transfer you could see the image is folded over... I could've easily just saved my time and done it with a circuit machine. The crazy thing for the mistakes they made on their end. They will not refund you because there's nothing they can do on their end for that. If you wanted them to fix this. They would peel the transfer off the same shirt and reapply over it. If anyone is smart enough knows that this CAN NOT be done since it already ruins the garment itself. For someone who has been doing this for 11 years, it's sad for the quality of work that you produce as well as the way you treat your customers.

Good luck out there, dude * For educational purposes when booking a Free On-Site Consultation (very generous to offer that): You should already know and have researched exactly what kind of sign you want and know what the signs are called and what you're looking for. The consultation is posted as ""assess your signage needs" - FYI they will not be assessing what fits the space or what works for the space, it's more that they will tell you 1) the workflow involved to get your sign up, 2) the work they offer to support the process, and 3) how much they charge to custom design. Having that information as "what to expect" and knowing how to prepare for the meeting would've made for a more productive meet. Perhaps including that in the landing page with a "what to expect" or "how to prepare best" in the confirmation email would've made the best use of everyone's time. My consultant showed up late to our scheduled appointment. It sounds like they do great work, as they came recommended from a few fellow business owners in Roslindale. My consultant (Ravee) talked over me as i was trying to explain what i didn't understand. I did say "can I finish" and he just kept talking. And then kept interrupting me.
