That is when I noticed there was paint residue on my new back tires and the lip of my rear alloy rim was bent. I know it was damaged by someone at Olenders because I had just checked my tire pressure the day before, and my rim was fine. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Olenders. You could bring your vehicle in to have one thing fixed, and end up leaving with something else damaged. Now I have to pay extra to have my alloy rim fixed or replaced.

I had a problem with a windshield with a crack and lots of water leaking in when it rained…read moresaturating my headliner. My insurance company told me to call Safelite Auto Glass. They were terrible starting with the 800 number. Then the day before my replacement they cancelled because of the weather and stated they could not do it the following week due to appointments not being taken yet. My auto mechanic recommended calling Crystal Glass. I talked to Norman (owner) there and he explained I could use any company I wanted. I called my insurance company back (MetLife) and found out they are affiliated with Safelite for Auto Glass that is why I was directed to them. This time though with Metlife the person was very helpful and got me set up with Crystal Glass. I brought my Truck in for the replacement of the windshield. Norman was great dealing with. He found a problem with not just the windshield but some rusting had occurred when the window had been replaced by a previous owner and fixed that area before installing the new window. I offered to pay him for this extra work as he was a single proprietor company and not a chain, he declined. The day I got the truck back we had a terrible rainstorm and I had no leaks. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Crystal Glass.
