After confirmation, my friend and I arrived at the shop after taking a 30+ minute drive only to find out the find out the appointment was canceled again. This time it was last minute and without reason. A message of the cancellation was sent at 9:52 am, 8 minutes prior to the appointment. The owner seemed to not care, and said he would return a call about the second appointment at 12 pm, in which he didn't realize he had. Overall, unprofessional, unfair, and a slap in the face to any car enthusiast.
