Terrible service. Avoid at all costs. Look at the pics I posted. Two white womens blouses came back grey, more wrinkled than when they were dropped off. One has a stain on the back now. Owner has a terrible attitude and is not friendly whatsoever. Find another dry cleaner. Edit: for the owner: my mother Denise K. brought in the blouse at your location. She will be in the system. Do not go here if you expect quality service. The customer service is horrendous and they do not want to work with customers. They ruined an expensive coat of mine and then tried to blame me (the customer) saying that I ruined it before I brought it. And they failed to give me a refund. Very dissatisfied. read more

Do not recommend!!! I wish I could leave "0" stars. I took a jacket there to have the zipper replaced. Paid $35. Brought it home to my BF when he finds the zipper was NOT replaced. Still broken. Take it back and the woman tells me you need a new zipper I said yeah that's what I paid $35 for and apparently it wasn't done. Well you need a new zipper and it will be $35. I said no you never replaced it to begin with so I'm not paying again. She then proceeds to tell me it's not the same jacket multiple times basically implying I'm lying. I will say that yes I probably should have checked it before I left when picking it up but unfortunately I'm a trusting person and thought the job that was paid for would be done. Extremely insulting to me and dishonest on their part. Obviously I didn't leave the jacket with them again. I'd rather pay an honest business to do it. read more

Used to be great. Not sure what happened, but it's not the same lately. Recently, they've ruined a few things. Maybe they had some issues with their plant (they don't clean on site). For whatever reason, it's not nearly the same place anymore. One ruined item is bad enough, but it's been several. They gave no excuses or accommodation. Usually when a dry cleaner ruins something, they'll offer me a store credit. And when it's more than one item, they certainly should. I don't plan on going back, and I don't recommend that you do, either. I found better choices a short drive away. read more

I've been looking for a new dry cleaners since my old one closed during Covid. I'm so happy I found Oxford oaks ! Grace helped me with two wedding guest dresses. I pointed out a few stains on the dress hoping we could remove them and Grace pointed out additional marks I would have otherwise missed. She also explained how the material of the dress reacts to different treatments. Her attention to detail and turnaround time was great service ! Will be my new go to dry cleaners. read more

I had two skirts (used for school) that needed to be altered because they've needed fixing for a while, so I am glad I brought them both here! To start, this drycleaners has a covid-safe environment! The worker who helped us was very polite and helped me get measurements for both skirts very quick! Not only that, but the altercations will be ready in the matter of a few days! The dry cleaner I used for years closed down recently, and I was in need someone local and reliable that I could trust with my weekly cleaning needs. I gave Oxford Oaks a shot and I'm never going back. My simple advice is to never use this place for any service they offer. They simply do not care about their customers. I recently found out that they send the clothes to a store in Glenside which is approximately 40 minutes away. The workers at the location are very good at blaming the other location and take no responsibility for anything. I have had minor service issues with this place in the past, i.e., missing or late clothes arrival, but my recent experience was insane. I dropped my clothes off on a Saturday for pickup the following Thursday. When I arrived to pick them up on the following Saturday, two days later then the initial pick up date, I was told they dropped my jacket on the ground when it was being returned from the Glenside location and it would be after 2 that same day. They knew it was not there but did not think to call to let me know. I went back yesterday to pick it up and they told me it never made it back to their store. They never thought to call and let me know. Upon calling the Gelnside location they informed me the tag fell off and it as at the other store and it would be delivered the next day. This time they called me to let me know it arrived. Lest you think a worker came up with this idea do not fret it was my idea. They were content to let me come back again to pick it up. I get they are not paid well but a little common sense was not much to expect. I asked for a refund of the cost of cleaning the jacket when I was there on Friday since I had to make 3 trips to get it. The older women who works there informed me she could not give me are refund without speaking to the owner. I show up today to get the jacket and one of the workers picks it up and immediately drops it on the floor. I am not making this part up! The older women tells me not to worry it is covered by the plastic. The older women is on the phone with the owner and informs me the owner will not reimburse me. The older women offers to reimburse me out of her own pocket. While I appreciate the gesture I would not expect her to do so. In addition, she and the other works had plenty of opportunities to make this right and simply did not. I have to believe there are better places in the Yardley area to get clothes dry cleaned. In addition I assume most of them do not ship them 40-45 minutes away. I will support a more locally based place going forward. I would not suggest this place to anyone. The owners are selfish and absent. The workers are powerless and do not seem to care but I can at least, perhaps, understand snce the owners seem useless and uncaring. They seem to not care because ownership does not care. The work is shoddy at best and you cannot rely on them to return the clothes in the timeframe they suggest.
