She literally just didn't help me & refused to. I asked for a certain treatment that kinda worked, that she had done before, but she just refused to for some reason & over all did not finish the job. She instead gave me some cream & said "come see me in 6 weeks" for like a year. It did not work. She refused to acknowledge that the useless cream did not work. She was just like "you're cured! You don't need to come back :) :) :)" very smugly & rudely. Her assistant had to constantly be reminded to put gloves on. She loved to be in my ear telling me repeatedly to breathe & ask me if I'm ok. It was so annoying & a weird thing to do, very unprofessional. I'd also like to add that one of the front desk ladies was extremely rude. I was looking at a picture of a certain treatment I was curious about & she said "do you want something ? You can go" like yeah I know I can go I have a question? Her response was snarky & sarcastic, & was very unnecessary. read more

I am a us veteran who was referred to signature dermatology due to a scheduling constraint with the VA clinic. I was told that someone would call me and setup an appointment from signature. A few weeks later I received a text stating I missed an appointment. I didn't understand how I missed an appointment I never scheduled but figured the va clinic had schedule it or a mistake had been made somehow. I didn't have time to correct the situation and didn't remember it until the following month. I remembered the following month when one of my grandkids who I raise asked me about a pimple he had on his arm ( mosquito bite). I called signature dermatologist and asked them about the appointment and they said that I couldn't reschedule until I paid a 35 dollar missed appointment fee. I told them I wasn't paying any missed appointment fee because I never set an appointment in the first place. They said that they would have the office manager to call me. The office manager called me and he basically said that we shouldn't go any farther and should part ways since I couldn't conform with their policies. After my new patient appointment was abruptly cancelled via text, I called Signature Dermatology and was told that because I missed a single appointment the year prior, they would no longer accept me as a new patient at any point in the future. While policies are understandable, this approach felt unreasonable and speaks volumes about the practice's overall philosophy. read more

Do not recommend. I woke up sick on labor day but confirmed my appointment the day prior. I tried to cancel Tuesday morning but they stated they still required a 24hr notice even though I wasn't able to reach anybody on Monday as the offices are closed for the holiday. So in this instance, they needed a 48hr notice which isn't part of their policy and plan to charge me $35 to reschedule. Megan Peck indicated that "I thought I had hair growing under my skin". I'm unsure how I've pulled and popped these imaginary hairs out of my skin. Pictures of these hairs have been provided to Signature Dermatology with no response or apology. They'd rather call out my google review as being suspicious rather than addressing the relevant concerns. Provider was made aware that I have PTSD from medical trauma and proceeded to traumatize me even more. This practice is dishonest, unprofessional and slimy. Do not recommend. read more

I want a doctor not a day spa. I have been in the medical field for 30 years. I was not given a full exam. I was not asked any history. The only areas looked at were the 2 I pointed out. I had one biopsied and one frozen. I forgot a spider bite I needed to have looked at, exam would have gotten that. I have never seen a CNA giving locals. Still havent i would not let her do it. Bottom line you want botox this is your place. Worried about cancer find you a doctor with more experience. If i need follow up it will not be done here. read more

Double billed us after seeing a member of my family. Charged a card that was on file for a different member of the family without permission or sending a bill. When contacted about this to fix the situation and use HSA card, the original charge was kept as well. After unsuccessful attempts to rectify with the office, we will be moving forward with the proper entities for reporting double billing practices and unauthorized charges to our bank. read more

Every time I've gone here for a medical reason, they push the cosmetic procedures soo hard. I've told them no every time and to please stop asking but every time they still do - from the front desk to the doctor to check out. Additionally, they never answer their phone - I was on hold for over 15 minutes just to cancel an appointment. I've decided that this practice isn't a fit for someone who only wants medical care and not cosmetic treatments and will be moving my care to another practitioner. read more

Everyone is a bit nervous walking into a derm office to get a mole removed, unfortunately, I landed Julie Wikiera as my consultant for the appointment and she was a nightmare. Worst bedside manner I've ever received. Absolutely condescending and added no value to the appointment - she instantly referred me. I've never called an office manager to complain about anyone, and unfortunately this was my first time. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone with a hint of nerves. Referred here by my family doc, I called to make a new patient appt. Unfortunately they were booking 4 weeks out at the time I called. For my condition, this wasn't great and meant I would be neglecting my health for a few more weeks than I should, but my family doc really wanted me to go here. I made the appt and waited. New patient ppk is online so it's easy to fill out and not too lengthy. I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appt to check-in to find a very clean, pretty office. A receptionist checked me in and after giving her my insurance card, said I have a $40 copay. My card said right on it $0 copay. We had to discuss this for a few minutes and I felt like I had no resolution walking after "discussing it" except refusing to pay it bc they just wanted something up front to secure a payment. I know my insurance (ugh, unfortunately) like the back of my hand and I do not have a copay. I also have great credit and pay my bills so recouping money for my appointments isn't an issue. I waited for 2 minutes in the waiting room before I was taken back to an exam room and waited about the same in the exam room for Dr Castanza to come in. She was extremely pleasant and listened to all of my concerns. I felt like I had a laundry list of items to discuss but she was patient with me. She write down (in legible handwriting!) everything she was asking me to take and how often. She explained the costs, mail away programs if necessary, follow up time for my next appt and even suggested I do some research online about the condition she was diagnosing me with "with caution" due to how scary and overwhelming it can be. Overall, after my first visit I was definitely impressed with the Dr I saw and the knowledge of the condition I was diagnosed with. The only rough patches being the wait time for the appt and the billing/insurance issues. read more

So far, so good! Actually, my experience at Signature has been pretty great so far. I had gone to Downtown Dermatology for years and loved Dr. Hicks-Graham, but she never could quite rid me of some cystic acne. Also, it took no less than 3 months to see her. Talk about a bummer. The Mister urged me to get a second opinion, so I turned to trusty Yelp and found Signature. Everything to get an appointment scheduled was insanely simple. I made a quick call, and the nice guy who answered--Jeremy (I think?)--hooked me up with an appointment in two days! TWO DAYS, PEOPLE! And then.. wait for it... I could do all my paperwork ONLINE. I guess it's not called paperwork anymore... but I digress. The location isn't as convenient as Downtown Dermatology, but the drive to Hilliard wasn't bad at all! Especially since I didn't have to go down that gigantic strip mall-laden road..whatever it's called. Hilliard Rome or something? Whatever. The office itself is brand new and super sparkly. The people were all really helpful, and I had literally no wait. Once I had been taken back, I saw Dr. Costanza, who is pretty darn fabulous. She carefully listened to me, and then she walked through our plan of attack. She checked to make sure I understood everything, and then we talked about next steps. I can't tell you how many doctor's offices I leave more confused than ever because they don't set expectations. For this alone I would give Signature 5 stars. I'll head back for a follow-up in about 8 weeks, so I guess this story is to be continued... read more

I'm leaving with worse acne than I came in with a year ago. I've never had PAINFUL or cystic acne before until I came here. Resulting ugly scaring that I now have to deal with. Now they want me to spend $400+ on micro needling to clear up the scarring they caused. On top of prescribing high dosage topical medication that cause extreme burning/dryness and irritation to treat the cystic acne they caused. I couldn't wash my face with anything, or even put regular lotion on without a deep burning sensation for THREE DAYS STRAIGHT. They made my face that irritated that I couldn't even wash. Do not come here clearly they don't know what their doing. Megan peck will make your face worse. MEGAN PECK IS NOT EVEN A DERMATOLOGIST SHES A DAMN ASSISTANT. I literally came to see a dermatologist and got stuck with someone who's not even a dermatologist. No other dermatology has ever made my face worse until I came here. The whole staff is friendly, professional and caring. Dr. Cassandra has been a life saver for me. I'm battling psoriasis and chronic hives, and she has been an absolute soldier with my insurance about getting me healthy. She called me on a Sunday to discuss a plan of action when the most recent one gave me an allergic reaction (I sound like a nerdy indoor kid, right?). I have a lot of skin issues and have been to half a dozen dermatologists. Most of them care more about botox and laser treatments than they do about actual health issues. That's not the case with Dr. Cassandra. As long as I live within an hour of Hilliard, she will be my dermatologist. read more

I saw Megan Peck and most of the rest of the Signature Dermatology team for three years. I first sought them out because of my dry skin, which was already very hard to treat. Later that worsened into psoriasis and my acne exploded. Megan and the rest of the office was absolutely incredible. My psoriasis and acne ultimately improved a LOT. It's too rare to find doctors of any speciality who know their stuff, are creative in their approach, communicate well, and and genuinely eager to help - but they easily checked all those boxes and more. Despite my skin being a difficult cookie to treat, they had a lot of tools in their arsenal and were as motivated as I was to improve it. Megan was really great at explaining the particulars of what my skin was doing and how different treatments could help, which made things easier. The only billing issues I had were caused by my insurance company, and the office was helpful in getting them fixed. I'm critical when it comes to medical care but I never once considered looking at different providers. It was well worth the commute far across town. I've since moved out of state and it's become even more clear how uniquely great the team is. read more

Well! I don't recommend this place at all. I went there to improve my skin . The doctor was looking only for disease in my skin!! I have some brown spots and she ignores them she thinks it is normal to have these spots since we go out under the sun!! Guess what!? I think so too but I am here to find a remedy not to feel good about brown spots on my face! She recommend one cream and it was $99! Of course I didn't buy it! Another thing, for people (who like me) use the bus and try to save the environment and money, do NOT go there! The location is nowhere near bus route. The front office was professional and there was a minimal wait time. However, I went in for adult acne. It's not severe but it is scarring my face and back. They did not talk to me about any topical options or life changes. She wrote me a prescription for a blood pressure medication, which helps with acne. They never even took my blood pressure or asked if I had high/low blood pressure... a little scary that they prescribed medicine within 5 minutes without finding out details about my life and the problem I was there for. I've since found a natural product that is topical and it has turned around my acne! read more

I have been seeing Dr. Andrea Costanza for many years. I initially went to her for a mole check and removal. In addition to removing my mole, she went above and beyond to help me get an accurate diagnose for a rare skin condition that I have had since childhood.... something that many other dermatologists have mis-diagnosed. She is always very thorough and takes the time to go over all of my concerns, and all of my treatment options. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would! I never have to wait a long time when I come in for an appointment, and all other staff that I have interacted with have been friendly and helpful. I have referred several friends and family members to Signature Dermatology and everyone I have referred has been very happy with the office and the staff as well. read more

First time ever going . My appointment was at 3:30 I was in my car by 3:40. I was seen by Dr Mary's Cassandra. The worse experience ever. I was charged a $50 co pay. She came into the office ask me what the problem was. She told me she only had time to listen to one of my issues today I would have to come back to discuss the rest. If I wanted to discuss any other concerns she would have to post pone the minor incision she was gonna do on a growth. I was rushed and unable to address my concerns. I left work for the appointment. It was not professional at all. I spoke with her maybe 3 minutes tops. I would never recommend anyone to this place. I didn't even get the procedure done because she said if I had other questions she could not perform my procedure because she was too busy. Horrible. . How are you busy I'm the one that's paying you for your help?????I wanted my money back it was a wast of my time. I see her for monthly microderms and my skin looks amazing thanks to her! I've been to many other places I 're the last decade and signature dermatology has the most professional staff and most up to date equipment.
